introduced a new activity;

For the first time at WCT,
we have two students par-
ticipating in the Morrow
County Student Internship.
These two girls have been
helping with a variety of
needs.
Entertainment is always a
fun time for the residents.
We have had piano recitals,
a local hand chime group
and carolers. We had 4-H
kids come for a Valentine
party and kids were there
to help with dying Easter
eggs. The 4-H Ambassa-
dors had a monthly meet-
ing at the Terrace and then
joined the residents for
lunch.

The Heppner Chamber of Commerce is seeking an
energetic, creative, detail oriented professional to serve
as its Executive Director. The Executive Director is
the paid “employee” of the organization, responsible
for the full range of Chamber activities in accordance
with the policies, procedures, and Bylaws of the
Chamber This includes, but is not limited to,
coordination of pr grams, event and activities,
supervision, training and motivation of volunteers,
income and expenditures, community outreach,
service and promotion, promotion of new and
continued communication and maintenance of existing
chamber memberships. The Executive Director will
eventually assume responsibility for administering
Willow Creek Valley Economic Development Group
Projects and Programs. Salary Range: $30,000-34,000;
and is commensurate with experience; Includes
mileage reimbursement, professional development,
paid time off, and holidays.
