Male subject stated the engine has blown and wife will be there once it is daylight. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Pat- erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that a female has been scream- ing at a child for approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes. -MCSO received a re- port on W Sperry, Heppner that RP needs subject tres- passed from her property. -MCSO received a report on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that there is a juvenile that was caught smoking marijuana. Cita- tion issued. -MCSO received a re- port on Washington Ln, Irri- gon of loose dogs that came up to a man and attempted to attack him. RP is concerned the subject is going to start doing it more and more often if it is not addressed.
