received a report on I 84
W, Boardman that a beige
Volkswagen is on the shoul-
der area in the grass. Male
subject stated the engine
has blown and wife will be
there once it is daylight.

port at Green Acres on Pat-
erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that
a female has been scream-
ing at a child for approx. 1
hour and 30 minutes.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Sperry, Heppner
that RP needs subject tres-
passed from her property.
-MCSO received a
report on Paterson Ferry
Rd, Irrigon that there is a
juvenile that was caught
smoking marijuana. Cita-
tion issued.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln, Irri-
gon of loose dogs that came
up to a man and attempted
to attack him. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Fourth Rd/W
Hwy 730, Irrigon of a male
riding a red dirt bike with
no helmet at a high rate of
speed and doing wheelies.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paterson Ferry Rd,
Irrigon of a theft.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Northwestern Motel
on N Main St, Heppner that
20 motorcycles are parked
alongside the building and
are blocking the sidewalk.
Spoke to the managers and
they have already had a dis-
cussion with them to move
the bikes.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a black Ford or
Nissan pickup did a Cali-
fornia stop at Seventh.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/Pleasant
View Rd, Irrigon that there
is a black pickup following
them and shooting at them.

was arrested for 866.240
and lodged at UCJ, $2,500
bail.
-MCSO received a
report that Travis Reed
was arrested by UCSO on
MCCC warrant. Lodged at
UCJ, no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Pioneer Ln, Board-
man that there are trespass-
ers in the abandoned house
across the street. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/Rand Rd,
Irrigon that there is a family
on Hwy 730. RP is con-
cerned about their safety
in proximity to the road.

port on Hwy 207 Spray,
Heppner that they have
wrecked at the top of Hep-
pner Hill. Passenger in the
back is seizing up, advised
of multiple injuries. Jasen
Curtis Lester was issued
citation for careless driving
and driving uninsured. Pa-
tient transported.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Toms Camp Rd/
Kunze Ln, Boardman that
there was a woman scream-
ing. Advised that her son
went to see what is going
on and is armed. Juan An-
tonio Tellez was arrested on

bail.

port that Karen Lynne Mey-
er was arrested by MCSO
for contempt of court per
IJC. Lodged at UCJ for 30
days, no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Kristen Dr, Ir-
rigon that someone’s miss-
ing guinea fowl is on her
property. Bird transported
to Blue Mountain Wildlife.
-MCSO received
a report that Emily Jean
Kenney was arrested by
Portland PD on MCCC
warrant. Subject lodged
at Multnomah County jail
with bail of $200,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Knapp Rd, Irrigon
that a 73 y/o female has
high blood sugar, in pain.

port on Washington Ln,
Irrigon that chairs were
stolen out of the back of
her pickup at the Irrigon
post office.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a Chevy extended
cab flew down the road.
RP advised he has done the
math and the subject was
speeding. Advised that be-
cause it made it to his house
in four seconds, he knew it
was doing at least 40 mph.

port at Lakeview Heights
on Willow Creek Rd, Hep-
pner that there is a male
who is trying to kill him, he
has a shotgun. Staff advised
everything was code 4.
Someone spoke to the male
and the on-call worker was
going to be advised.

report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a red/maroon
pickup flew by about 35
mph headed toward Tenth.

County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Wag-
on Wheel Loop, Irrigon
that female ran to neigh-
bor’s house and advised she
needed help and a police
officer and then went back
to her house. Unable to say
what the problem is. MCSO
and UPD responded, verbal
only.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Shobe St,
Heppner that there is an
older male wandering the
area and trying to get into
people’s gates and asking
for work. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on C St, Lexington
that his neighbor across
Water St has a reddish dog
that keeps getting out and
going to the bathroom on
his property and his items
outside. Deputy responded
but dog was in its kennel.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a Jeep Cherokee
sped down the street toward
Tenth. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Northwestern Motel
on N Main St, Heppner at
the first trailer coming into
the park has a 70 y/o male
nc/nb.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Willow Creek Rd,
Heppner that a male and
female tried to flag her
down approx. 5 miles north
of Cutsforth Park. She was
unable to stop. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Main St, Ione
that her neighbor’s dog
keeps getting into her yard.
The dog tired to attack
her neighbor this weekend
when she was over taking
care of RP’s yard.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
that 55 y/o female is feel-
ing weak and throwing up.

-MCSO received a re-
port at A1 Martin Towing
on W Main St, Lexington
that neighbor’s across from
his property and left an
abandoned red and white
mini Cooper. RO is going
to move the vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Market
Fresh on N Main St, Hep-
pner that there is a male
at the store that is very
intoxicated. Clear, male left
on foot.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NW Water St/NW
Jones St, Heppner that there
is an intoxicated subject
at the bottom of the hill.
Deputy responded and gave
subject a ride home.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a male subject on a
scooter is attempting to spin
his tires. RP is upset and ad-
vised that he will deal with
it himself if MCSO won’t.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Miller and Sons on
Hwy 74, Heppner that an
intoxicated subject is yell-
ing at the top of his lungs
and causing a ruckus.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a subject in
a gold Chrysler Pacifica
flew by this afternoon and
three times today. RP is
concerned the subject is
going to start doing it more
and more often if it is not
addressed. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Toms Camp Rd/
Kunze Ln, Boardman
that a female is riding a
four-wheeler with no hel-
met. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Dee Cox Rd, Hep-
pner that a male driving a
turquoise Toyota is ham-
mered. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner of minors
that are drinking alcohol
and throwing up over the
balcony. RP is concerned
they will be driving around.
Citations for 471.430 were
issued to three minors.
August 20: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Ella Rd/
Delbert Dr, Ione that there
are two cars and people
with flashlights. RP thinks
this is suspicious. Deputy
responded, no one in the
area. Found food wrappers
and broken beer bottles.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207, Heppner
that she was jumped by
two females up at the apart-
ments. Under investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port at S Main St/SE Can-
non St, Heppner that there
is a small Chihuahua that
looks like it is possibly
injured. Dog was returned
to the owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Nicholas Joseph
Martel was arrested by
UCSO on IJC warrant.

port at Irrigon Marina on
NE Washington Ave/NE
Seventh St, Irrigon that
when he was walking sub-
ject tried to run him over.

Eastside Rd of a dead deer
on the side of the road.

a hysterical female, needs
medical, possible car jack
in progress. Patient trans-

man that a mid to late 80’s
blue Chevy pickup looked
like he was casing the area.

port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that near the county line
there was a horse running
around on the highway.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/Rand Rd,
Irrigon that there is a grey
horse out on Hwy 730. RP
advised it looks like two
people are trying to get the
horse back in.
-MCSO received a re-
port at MCGG propane
plant on NW Riverside Ave,
Heppner that they have
been having problems with
people parking their trailers
on the lot. He would like to
know his options for getting
them removed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexington
that a truck hit a fawn and
deputy is going to dispatch
it.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Froberg Rd, Irrigon
of 75 y/o male with altered
mental state.
-MCSO received a
report on Wagon Wheel
Loop, Irrigon that there is
an unruly dog that is 12 feet
away and barking at him.
Owner was advised next
time she will be cited.

that when he was gone all
day yesterday with his front
door and bedroom door
locked, they are open now.
They took money and other
items from his house.

dizzy, headache, possible
stroke. Started jerking when
daughter tried to move her.

someone hacked into his

if they took money, but
they changed his password.
Juvenile warned for proper
use of 911. No crime com-

stuck in their bike chain.
City of Heppner shoed up
with bolt cutters.

port on S H St, Lexington
that her neighbor’s dog
ripped through her hot wire
and were at her residence
three times in 15 minutes.
MCSO made contact with
owners, advised them to
keep their dogs in the yard.

there is a silver Toyota
going around taking pic-
tures advising they are an
enforcer. Unable to locate.
