The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
May 4: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report at SE Tenth St/SE
Thomas Ave, Irrigon that
there is a suspicious vehicle
at the dead end of Thomas
at a vacant house. When
RP drove by they turned off
their lights.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Paterson Ferry Rd/I
84 W, Boardman that there
is a car doing cookies. Al-
most hit RP vehicle. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that there are two dogs in
the area, one has been hit
and is injured. Deputy re-
sponded, no accident, both
dogs uninjured and ran into
a field.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Division St,
Irrigon RP has been hearing
yelling and screaming for
about 30 minutes. Deputy
responded and made con-
tact with the subjects.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that the dogs at the old
Rover Security building are
out again. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Ione Legion Hall on
W Second St, Ione that sub-
ject and his girlfriend are
refusing to leave. MCSO
trespassed both individuals
from the location.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Magic Garden Ln,
Irrigon that the dog across
the street barks all the time.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Gilmore St,
Heppner that neighbors are
playing music really loudly.
MCSO made contact, they
agreed to turn down the mu-
sic and were given copies of
the ordinance.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that there is a dog
running loose and going
on RP property harassing
her dog and urinating on
the fence. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a light green
Nissan Altima spun their
tires near the intersection.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Kunze Ln, Board-
man that there is a large
pipe a couple feet long and
eight inches around in the
road.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a male Jack Russel
type dog is running loose.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sinclair Station on
W Main St, Lexington that
a white Ford pickup with
two males and a kid in the
vehicle, driver went into the
store and looks intoxicated.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Main Ave, Ir-
rigon that a blue car blew
through the stop sign and
is now at the tennis courts
playing very loud inappro-
priate music. Made contact,
they will turn music down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
of two dogs loose. MCSO
was able to locate the dogs
and transport them to pet
rescue.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Eighth St, Irri-
gon of suspicious vehicles
driving around her house
putting their windows down
and driving super slow.
Deputy located vehicles,
attempting to locate his
lost dog.
May 5: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report that Ethan Miles
Ring was arrested by To-
ledo PD on IJC warrant.
Lodged at Lincoln County
Jail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Depot Ln/W Eighth
Rd, Irrigon that there has
been a gate down in the
road for the last two days.
MCSO responded and
closed gate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a white Cadillac
came off Division playing
loud music as it went by.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that there is a bale of hay in
the left-hand lane of travel
at the 156. MCSO respond-
ed and cleared it from the
roadway.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Rhea Creek Rd,
Ione that a woman in town
has been catching stray cats
and drowning them. MCSO
made contact, saw nothing
that would indicate animal
abuse.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a brown Celica
went by at a high rate of
speed. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Cutsforth Park on
Willow Creek Rd, Heppner
that she was walking her
dogs, subjects in a silver
Jeep and white van shoved
her and cussed her out after
their dogs attacked hers.
Shoved her and kicked her
dog in the side.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln/W
Sixth Rd, Irrigon that the
tan colored house is playing
loud music. Sounds like
they have a band at their
house. MCSO checked the

Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that her daugh-
ter was assaulted yesterday
and the subjects took her
food. Deputy responded.
She was most concerned
about getting her groceries
back.
-MCSO received a re-
port at St. Patrick’s Senior
Center on N Main St, Hep-
pner that she was asked a
strange question yesterday
by a male subject. Male was
advised to contact appropri-
ate resources for his needs.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Oregon Ln, Ir-
rigon that there are about
six cows out in front of his
residence. Unable to locate.

port at Irrigon Elementary
School on SE Wyoming
Ave, Irrigon about a vape
pen.

Echo that there is an injured
deer laying on the white
line about a mile north of
Buttercreek Jct. Referred
