From the back of a sheep, of course. Oregon Trail Pro Rodeo will start the rodeo action off this year with the famous Mutton Bustin’. Some sheep pounce, some dart or bolt, and others may stop and drop. Opinions on the best technique to stay aboard may vary, but one thing is for certain—kids come out to the rodeo with one thing on their mind: “I could ride that sheep!” Young cowboys or cow- girls under 60 pounds are in- vited to sign up for the Mutton Bustin’ at this year’s OTPR. Choose any day to ride from Aug. 16-18. Anyone can enter Friday or Saturday, but youth must be a Morrow County resi- dent or direct relative to enter on Sunday.
