The Heppner High

practice building on River-

completed. The 40’ x 88’
building was made possible
by a grant from the Howard

tion. The project was also
managed by the foundation,
which solicited additional
funding and grants for the
building and equipment.
Allstott Construction
was the general contractor
and Morrow County Grain
Growers donated the land.
The Wildhorse Founda-

planning and expertise.
The building features
secure equipment storage
areas for the high school
team and Heppner Little
League, which will allow
for the removal of the ex-
isting storage container and
improve the appearance of
the area. There are plans to
add an additional batting
cage nearby.

us achieve our long-time
desire of having an indoor
pitching and hitting facility.
We are very excited to get
in there this winter and

beneficial to the program.”
