Sheriff’s Report

-MCSO received a re-
port at Lewis and Clark Dr/
Hwy 730, Boardman that a
Chevy Suburban is stuck
off the side of the road.
Lorena Leon was given a
verbal warning for failure
to carry proof of insurance
and failure to maintain lane.
March 6: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Irrigon
Shell Station on E Hwy
730, Irrigon of a dog at
large. Deputy returned the
dog home.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Ter-
race on Frank Gilliam Dr,
Heppner that a 92-year-old
male is lethargic with low
heart rate. Transported to
PMH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207 Spray/
Rankin Rd, Heppner that
there is a silver Ford Ex-
pedition with government
plates in a ditch. No one
around, non-blocking.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a black short box
the roadway at his neigh-
bor’s house so they can
buy dope.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
of a white semi with orange
fenders has been going 80-
90 mph. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Cowins St,
Heppner that a deer got into
the fence and is injured.
He contacted ODFW and
they gave him permission
to shoot it.
-MCSO received
a report on Malheur St,
Boardman that 7-year-old
male has not returned from
school. Usually rides the
bus. Juvenile got home
safely, had fell asleep on
the bus.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Joshua Thomas
Bergie Moore was arrested
by Umatilla County on
MCCC felony warrant.
Lodged at UCJ, no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bombing Range Rd/
Wilson Ln, Boardman that
is backed into the power
grid on Bombing Range
Rd. RP advised it was sus-
picious. Deputies respond-
ed. Nobody with vehicle,
non-blocking.
March 7: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Pole Line
Rd/Frontage Rd, Boardman
that a driver has struck a
cow.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
subject keeps entering the
premises even though they
have asked her to leave
multiple times. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln, Ir-
rigon that his barn is on fire.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop
on Tower Rd, Boardman
that a couple of males in
a gold minivan stole some
aluminum wheels from the
shop.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that there are dogs

they want. Dog was at RP’s
fence and they wander all
over. Deputy spoke to dog
owner who was given a
warning.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione that
there are big rocks in the
middle of the highway. Re-
ferred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a gold Dodge pick-
up flew through towards
Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that a dark blue
ATV side-by-side was driv-
ing west from Washington.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a copper Dodge
and then a blue Dodge
pickup sped through to-
wards Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white 4-door
Dodge pickup was speeding
toward Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a green GMC
on Brandon drove by with
music playing loudly.
March 12: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at SE Fourth
St/SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon
that a vehicle has nearly
wrecked several times. Un-
able to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Tenth St, Irrigon
of 54-year-old female with
chest pains. Transported.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon of dogs out, believes
they jumped the fence.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia River
Ranch on Kunze Ln, Board-
man that resident hit RP.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a male is walking on
the interstate next to a van
on the shoulder. He is get-
ting on fog line. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a black Honda
Accord went through the
area, possibly chasing a
silver Honda.
