Oregon (the “Port”) here-
by gives notice pursuant
to ORS 777.565(1) that the
Board of Commissioners
of the Port will consider a
Resolution (the “Resolu-
tion”) at a regular meeting
to be held at 1:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, June 12, 2019
at the Riverfront Center, 2
Marine Drive, Boardman,
Oregon 97818. The Reso-
lution will authorize the is-
suance, sale, execution and
delivery of one or more se-
ries of the Port of Morrow
Transmission
Facilities
Revenue Bonds (Bonne-
ville Cooperation Project
No. 6) (the “Bonds”), ap-

County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on SW Third
St, Irrigon that 72-year-old
female has fallen and can’t
get up. Patient refusal.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Hwy 74 Lena,
Heppner is closed at MP 62-
84 due to severe weather.
-MCSO received a re-
port on N E St, Lexington
that RP just shot at his
neighbor’s dog because
it was chasing his horses.
Citation issued.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln/SW
Second St, Irrigon that a
drunk driver just slid off
the road, no known inju-
ries. Charles Leslie Roland
was arrested by MCSO for
DUII.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that someone drove
a Chevy pickup onto the
Turkey Shoots and entered
through a property that is
for sale. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Willow St, Heppner
that a house is on fire, no
further info, RP said the res-
ident at the address called
him and told him that her
house was on fire.

port at Rippee Rd/E Colum-
bia Ln, Boardman that the
stop sign is down.

port that Ernest William Er-
ickson was arrested on UC
probation violation warrant.

that a white Chevy dually
pickup with ID plats was
brake checking, could be
drunk or high. Referred to

rigon that there are three
vehicles in the sand dune on
Utah. Deputy made contact
and advised Mr. Timmons
that it is not his property
and the owner does not care
if they are out there.

pner that 69-year-old fell
from his chair. Transported.

port at Turkey Shoots on
SE Utah Ave, Irrigon of ve-
hicles in the Turkey Shoots.
Deputy made contact with
people sledding, may have
lost their keys.

port on Washington Ln,
Irrigon that someone broke
into his wife’s Durango,
tools are missing.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Donovan Dr NW,
Boardman that his wife is
going off the deep end, yell-
ing and screaming. Officers
responded; parties agreed to
stay separated for the night.

rigon of 30-year-old female
with heart racing, chest pain
and difficulty breathing.

is a log truck off the road,
driver is out. No ambulance
needed.
-MCSO received a

St, Lexington that subject
drives his tractor without
proper safety signage on the
vehicle. Gets a hay bale and
drives the tractor on East
Street, does it every day.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a pearl white
Cadillac SUV ran the stop
sign, doing 25 MPH.

port at Green Acres, Pater-
son Ferry Rd, Irrigon that
James Alan Rogers was
arrested on MCCC warrant
for PV. Lodged at UCJ, no
bail. James Robert Martin
was arrested for MCCC
warrant. Lodged at UCJ,

port on Hwy 730, Irrigon of
a driving complaint, older
white Ford Taurus. Tail-
gating vehicles, last seen
headed towards Irrigon.

port at NW Minor St/NW
Water St, Heppner of a dog
in the street.

port on Doolittle Canyon
Ln, Heppner of 67-year-old
male experiencing chest
pains, difficulty breathing,
pain in right arm and shoul-
der. RP advised driveway is
blocked in with snow. EMS
dispatched.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a blue Ford
T-Bird keeps driving back
and forth, has their music
turned up loud when going
by. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Black Mtn Ln/Wil-
low Creek Rd, Heppner that
RP has had altercations with
his neighbor. RP advised
the other subject threatened
him, yelled obscenities and
wanted him to get out of his
vehicle to settle the issue.

port that Justin Michael
Sutton was arrested by
Multnomah County on
MCPP LSA warrant. No
bail lodged at Multnomah
County jail. Local charges
hold placed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Chase St, Hep-
pner that a black and white
mini Aussie is missing.
Max has returned home.

port on I 84 E, Boardman of
a large, dark animal in the
median. Unable to locate.

County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report that Mario
Morales Jr. was arrested
by Seaside PD on MCSO
LSA warrant. Subject was
lodged at Clatsop Co jail
with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
that 61-year-old female ad-
vised she can not move her
legs and has blood pressure
of 206/117. Transported to
GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730, Irrigon
that someone is pushing
snow with a tractor. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Ella/Immigrant Ln,
Ione that RP has interest
in getting Immigrant Ln
plowed. She needs to bring
in hay for her livestock
but due to snow that is not
possible. Road department
was advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Route 61/County Rd
25, Heppner that a tree fell,
partially blocking. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Ione Gooseberry Rd/
Halvorsen Ln, Ione that a
plow truck is tipped over.

the window for children to
see, would like deputy to
pick it up.

with a broken leg going in
and out of the road. Unable

pner that her neighbors
across the street have a car
in the driveway since 7am.
RP hasn’t seen anyone in or
around it and it is snowing
into the car.

port on SW Third St, Irrigon
of a dog barking for exten-
sive amount of time.

port on Knapp St, Irrigon
that male advised he is
suicidal and has taken pills.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner grade
school on NE Stansbury
St, Heppner that there is a
man with a backpack and
sleeping bag walking back
and forth at the grade school
in the parking lot.

port on N Main St, Heppner
that Marcia Lynn Kim-
ball was issued citation for
DWS.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Fourth St, Ir-
rigon that there is a male
subject harassing her at
work, making inappropri-
ate sexual comments to her
and has shown up at her
residence.

port on Bombing Range
Rd, Lexington that a driver
is loaded and stuck. Deputy
checked; they are waiting
for a tow. Non-blocking,
non-injury.

port at N H St/Hwy 74, Ione
that vehicle slid off the road
and she is afraid she will tip
over. Is in the ditch and has
children with her.

Heppner that a log truck is
stuck, non-blocking.

knifed and is blocking.

a vehicle has been parked
there all morning. They
need it moved so they can
finish plowing.

jack-knifed semi is block-
ing both lanes. The driver is
trying to get it straightened
out. Unable to locate.

pner that a Ford F250 ran
into his vehicle outside of
his residence.

gon that a green 4-wheeler
driver is not wearing a hel-
met, going about 25 mph,
driving on the main roads.

that a white Ford pickup
has slid off the road. James
Cole Whiteside was issued
citation for no ops.

port at Pioneer Memorial
Hospital on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that a truck is
stuck near the clinic. Re-
ferred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at E Columbia Ave/
Rail Loop, Boardman that
a semi by Oregon Hay is
stuck on the bridge. Deputy
assisted stuck semi driver.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a white/black SUV slid
off the road and rolled three
times. Transported.

port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a white sedan slid off in
the ditch. Referred to other
agency.

on E Columbia Ave, Board-
man that a male came in last
night and stole hay. RP has
video and information.

gon that great Danes and a
puppy are running in other
people’s yards. Angel Mal-
donado was issued cite for
dog at large X2.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Mill Zone on Hwy
74, Heppner that RP got
stuck on the fence, she slid
off the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a blue Ford T-Bird
is playing music too loud.

report on SE Idaho Ave,
Irrigon that RP found two
black lab puppies with col-
lars.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 Lena, Hep-
pner that there are two cows
out on Hwy 74. Contacted
subject who will respond to
get the cows.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Court St, Hep-
pner that two subjects are
at her residence picking up
their property and they are
being verbally aggressive.
Deputies responded. Sub-
jects retrieved their items
and left.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a 4-wheeler came
down California to turkey
shoots and now headed
back towards California.

gon of domestic in progress
fighting in the front yard.

to break it up. Kage Autumn
Taylor was arrested by

received a report at Love’s
Travel Stop on Tower Rd,
Boardman that a Stanley
thermos was stolen. Item
was returned to owner,
subject who took item has
been trespassed from the
location.

report at Fuller Cyn Ln/
Spruce Ln, Heppner that
there is a maroon car that
ran off the road, hard to see
when you make the turn.
Vehicle was removed.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Washing-
ton Ave, Irrigon that 37yo
daughter is threatening to
shoot someone or herself.
Advised that she has a gun.
Dogs at the residence are
aggressive.

report at Willow Creek
Campground on Willow
Creek Rd, Heppner that
there are a couple of men
trying to get a food truck
unstuck by using a pickup
and camp host is afraid the
food truck will tip over and
roll into the lake.

blue Honda is stuck in the
ditch by the post office.
