Registration is now
open for the 2019 Tri-Coun-
ty 4-H Camp to be held at
Cutsforth Park June 13-16.
The camp is open to any
student in Morrow County
who has completed the
fourth- through sixth-grade.
Rock n’ Roll Camp
2019 will be filled with
activities, classes and out-
door fun. Information can

Planning commission seeks
volunteer
The Morrow Coun-
ty Planning Commission
is seeking a volunteer to
represent the Irrigon area,
fulfilling a term ending De-
cember 2020. At the end of
the term a re-appointment
for another four-year term
is an option. This position is
only available to someone
within the Irrigon area.
The Planning Commis-
sion meets once per month
in either Boardman or Hep-
pner. Planning Commission
duties include handling and
approving several different
land use topics, maintaining
the county’s subdivision
and zoning ordinance, as
well as working cooper-
atively with the Board of
Commissioners to manage
the county’s land use Com-
prehensive Plan.
