Enforcement Ordinance
include adding a new sec-
tion addressing Chronic
Nuisances, adding a sec-
tion titled Environmental
Health to facilitate county
administration of both resi-
dential waste water facili-
ties and the food, pool and
lodging program, clean-up
of the Weeds section, con-
verting references from the
County Court to the Board
of Commissioners, and
other minor housekeep-
ing items. Opportunity to
voice support or opposi-
tion to the above proposal
or to ask questions will be
provided. Failure to raise
an issue in person or by
letter or failure to provide
sufficient specificity to af-
ford the decision maker an
opportunity to respond to
the issue precludes appeal
based on those issues. The

by and through THE MOR-
ROW COUNTY PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT,
funded through the Oregon
Department of Transporta-
tion’s “State Funded Lo-
cal Project Program”, and
is subject to the current
Oregon Bureau of Labor
and Industries (BOLI)
Prevailing Wage Rates. A
Bid Bond in the amount of
10% of the bid amount is
required with the proposal.
Performance and Payment
Bonds in the amount of
the contract bid amount
will be required of the suc-

male would like contact
with a deputy regarding
his sister being threatened
physically by her boy-
friend.

report on SE Fourth St,
Irrigon that there is a ve-
hicle outside and they are
playing their music very
loudly. Deputy contacted
the owner of the vehicle,
he turned the music down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Wilson Ln, Board-
man that there is a camper
parked on his property with
bikes around it. Unsure
who it belongs to but it is
not theirs and shouldn’t be
on the property. Michael
Lee Woods was arrested by
MCSO on charge of crimi-
nal trespass II, lodged at
UCJ with bail of $1,000.
Shilo Rene Ziemer was ar-
rested by MCSO on charge
of criminal trespass II,
lodged at UCJ with bail of
$1,000.

port on Kunze Ln, Board-
man that there is a dead
cow in a pasture.

Tenth St, Irrigon that in a
grey Lincoln he believes
the subjects may be smok-
ing pot. Unable to locate.

report at Heppner Market
Fresh on N Main St, Hep-
pner that he went into the
store, saw a female that has
RO against him. When he
saw her, he put his head
down, turned around and
walked out. Wanted us to
know he left instantly.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Blue Jay Rd, Hep-
boundary markers and
fence on his property. Civ-
il problem.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Paterson Ferry Rd/
Hwy 730, Irrigon that a
vehicle is in the turn lane
unoccupied. Deputy made
contact and subject was
given a courtesy ride. Ad-
vised that if the vehicle is
not moved by dark it will
be towed due to being a
hazard.
-MCSO received a
report on S Main St, Hep-
pner that RP has a stray
dog at her house and
would like it picked up
and taken to pet rescue.
Female advised it has been
running around Heppner
for a few weeks now and it
is in poor condition. Own-
ers were found.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Park Pl, Irrigon
of 59-year-old female with
diabetic issues. Transport-
ed to GSH.
-MCSO received a
report at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
that a white 4-door vehicle
is parked on his property,
he would like it moved.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Chevy
pickup sped down towards
Tenth, approx. 45 mph
with its music blaring. Un-
able to locate.

at the entrance to apart-
ments, two vehicles, pos-
sibly T-bone.

someone knocked over a
yield sign.
