Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office received a report
on NW Shobe St that two
dogs just killed their chick-
ens and tried to go after RP
and her father. Back in the
neighbor’s yard.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sixth St/Yerxa that
subject is being followed
from Umatilla to Irrigon
by a white Ford.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Shell
Station on N Main St that
someone took her phone
off the back of the toilet
after she had left it there.
Cancelled.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
a black Honda Civic and
black Pontiac G6 both
traveling at high rate of
speed toward Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Mill Zone on Hwy
74 that they just hit a deer,
it isn’t dead so would like a
deputy to respond and dis-
patch the animal.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sub Zero Motel on
S First St that subject is
refusing to leave her room.
-MCSO received a
report on Brace Rd that
phone has been stolen.
Deputy responded. She de-
cided to attempt to handle
it on her own at this time.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Vincent Wesley
Shermantine was arrested
by HPD on MCPP deten-
tion warrant. Lodged at
UCJ, no bail.
December 5: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on I 84 E
that semi with three trailers
was all over the road. Re-
ferred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Rd Trailer
Park on Wilson Rd SW
that brother is causing dis-
turbance at the residence
and tearing things up. Ce-
sar Salinas was arrested on
Criminal Mischief II DV
and lodged at UCJ.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W that there
was a white van at the Pilot
Truck stop and the license
plate had no state or other
markings on it and looked
like it was cardboard. RP
thought this was odd. Last
seen turning WB onto I 84.

port on Hwy 74 that a deer
was struck and RP would
like the animal picked up.

port on Washington Ln that
a male shoved a female
and is trying to steal items.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave
that older red pickup with
white canopy was going
toward Tenth. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a
report at Bucknum’s on
N Main St that a male is
walking into traffic with a
stick.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sub Zero Motel on
S First St that there was a
theft from the till which
was for lottery so it needs
to be reported.
-MCSO received a re-
port at AC Houghton on
NE Main Ave that an older
red SUV was parked on
the crosswalk at the school
with flashers on. Then left
towards Boardman, then
Division, driving slow
with flashers on. Unable to
locate.

Kimberly Ann Porter was
arrested on UCSO warrant.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E that two ve-
hicles are all over the road
and unable to maintain
speed. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Water St that RP
believes that two males
have been staking out his
res with the intent to steal
firewood.
-MCSO received a
report at Loves Travel
Stop on Tower Rd that RP
found a little purse with
what appears to be drugs
in it. MCSO responded
and drugs were disposed
of properly.
-MCSO received a
report on W Seventh Rd
that the same dogs are out
on their property messing
with their animals again.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Idaho that reck-
less driver is doing cook-
ies in the field across the
street.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Hwy 730 that a
four door maroon car was
last seen going westbound
on 730.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E that there
are individuals driving in-
toxicated after leaving the
Shell in Boardman.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Market
Fresh that there is a me-
dium dog that keeps com-
ing into the store. Unable
to locate.
December 8: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report on
I 84 E of a silver Corolla
with a female driver on the
shoulder. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Balm Fork Rd that
two dogs are taking down a
deer towards the RV park.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
black Ford F150 drove by
at a high rate of speed.
-MCSO received a
report on Wagon Wheel
Loop that there is a stray
mid-size dog that has an
injured right front leg. Has
been in the area off and on
for a while. Unable to lo-
cate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Depot Ln/Paterson
Ferry Rd that there is a
white suspicious van that
has been parking up past
his house on the dead end
road.
-MCSO received a re-
port on C St that RP found
two small dogs, posted
them on Facebook and will
hold them until claimed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Kunze Ln that fe-
male that attacked her the
other night is currently at
the residence. RP also ad-
vised her purse was stolen
last night.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
DR that subject that has
been trespassed was just
at the location and left as
a passenger in a light gray
Ford Escape. Unable to lo-
cate.
December 9: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report of a motor
vehicle accident on I 84 E.
Assisted.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Depot Ln/W Eighth
Rd of a large black cow
out.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Power Pole St that
there are dogs at large.
Would like to email pho-
tos.
-MCSO received a
report at SE Division Rd/
Depot Ln that there is mail
scattered around.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
blue T-Bird cranked up his
music and proceeded past
the RP’s res.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Knapp St that 83
year old female fell, not
breathing right. Transport-
ed to GSH.
-MCSO received a
report at SE Utah Ave/
SE Division ST that a red
Ford Focus was playing
their music loudly, keeps
driving back and forth. RP
advised if a deputy doesn’t
come in the next 10 min-
utes he was going to the
residence and pull them
out by their neck.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
there was a black Cadillac
SUV playing their music
loudly.
-MCSO received a
report on Washington Ln
that neighbor in the area is
playing music very loudly
for the past two hours.
December 10: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report at
MCGG – Lexington on E
Main St that there was a
beat up silver Chevy Aveo
with Heppner Mustangs
sticker on the back that
looks suspicious.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
black Cadillac SUV head-
ing down Brandon playing
music really loud. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Cain Ln that her
neighbors dogs are chasing
her livestock and other ani-
mals. Warning.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
here is a dark green SUV
at his neighbors, advised
that he has called the sub-
ject in in the past. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
there is a vehicle that is
going to and from Brandon
with loud music playing.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Sperry St that
her friend’s dog is missing.
She is house/pet sitting for
the residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln that
there are goats on her prop-
erty for the last five days.
She has notified owners
that won’t come and get
them.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 that there
is a Chevy Colorado that
has been parked in their
driveway since early this
morning. She states the
pickup looks like it has
some windows broken and
finds it suspicious. Deputy
contacted RO and she will
come and get the vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report on Miller Rd that
people are in his yard, he
shot near them but not at
them. Unsure if they took
anything. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on California Ln that
a male is going crazy at
threatening RP.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Shavon Lee-Onne
Newton was arrested on
MCSO warrant. Already
lodged at UCJ and will re-
main there with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W that a vehi-
cle is off the road, another
vehicle intentionally went
off to hit it. Unable to lo-
cate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave
that a red Pontiac Grand
Am sped through towards
Tenth. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on I 84 E that near
the rest area he met a car
WB in EB lane. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W that there is
a semi swerving. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a
report on Wagon Wheel
Loop that there is a male
walking around with a
flash light, appears to be
looking for something or
picking things up. Unable
to locate.
December 11: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report at
Tower Rd/railroad cross-
ing that the crossing arm at
the intersection is malfunc-
tioning.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Boardman Ave NE
that there is a female out-
side of her residence that
is looking into her car win-
dows. RP spoke with the
female and is saying that
her sister lives next door
and RP knows that isn’t
true. Female is in a white
car with ID plates.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
green Chevy Malibu sped
through the area again. Un-
able to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at AC Houghton on
NE Main Ave of a vehicle
with a broken window.
-MCSO received a
report at SE Division St/
SE Utah Ave of a possible
structure fire. Per IRRF it
is a controlled burn.
-MCSO received a re-
port on California Ln that
his girlfriend took their 3
year old child yesterday
after an argument and has
not returned. RP states he
received a text from fe-
male saying that he could
see the child today and
now she isn’t answering
her phone.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr that subject is currently
at the apartments and has
been trespassed from the
property.
-MCSO received a
report at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd that
male has possession of the
vehicle that female owns,
would like to sign it stolen.
-MCSO received a
report at N Main St/NE
Quaid St that a Pitbull type
of dog came out and bit at
her dog.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Wilson Ln that his
daughter decided to not
come home after school.
Deputy responded, family
will be working with DHS.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Short Rd that there
are subjects outside that
are screaming and ranting
and making ignorant state-
ments and shining a flash-
light into the residence.
Deputies responded. Dis-
pute between neighbors,
nothing physical, no crime.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 74, Lexington
of a disabled vehicle. Ve-
hicle struck a large rock
and is partially blocking
the lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on Pat-
erson Ferry Rd that subject
is pounding on her trailer
and threatening her. She
advised it is an ongoing is-
sue.
December 12: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report on
I 84 E that he is in a semi
with three trailers and a
small silver two door car
tried to run him off the
road several times and was
brake checking him. OSP
was advised.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Main
St park on N Main St that
there was a theft of toilet
paper from one of the re-
strooms and possible drug
paraphernalia evidence. It
is at the city shops now.
-MCSO received a
report on N Main St that
RP has given people per-
mission to go through her
house and take whatever
she left behind.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Olive Ln in Board-
man that her husband is
living at her house. They
have both taken restraining
orders against each other
and he is refusing to leave
the house.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paul Smith Rd in
Boardman that RP caught
a male in his residence this
morning.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Riverside Ave
in Heppner that white male
wearing camo jacket came
to her door asking to find
out if they have any yard
work. RP told the subject it
is really late and to leave.

-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Fourth St in Ir-
rigon that his daughter was
out of control and yell-
ing. Deputies responded.
RP did not wish to pursue
criminal charges.
-MCSO received a
report on Front St Se,
Boardman that she was
backed into while in line at
Jumpstart Java this morn-
ing. She and the subject
worked it out civilly, but
now the subject is not be-
ing cooperative.
-MCSO received a
report that David Leroy
Brown was arrested by
OSP on MCCC warrants.
Lodged at UCJ with no
bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Dodge Stra-
tus sped towards Tenth.
Vehicle is often in the area.
December 13: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report at
Les Schwab on N Main
St, Heppner that RP thinks
logs may be on fire on
his log truck trailer, sees
sparks coming from the
back.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Olive Ln, Board-
man that she believes fe-
male is neglecting her 3
children. RP is concerned
that there is domestic vio-
lence in the home and the
children are witnessing it.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Knapp St/ SE Di-
vision St, Irrigon of loose
cows in the area. RP ad-
vises there are cows in a
yard, he is worried they
will get out onto the road
and become a traffic haz-
ard. MCSO responded and
the cows were put back in
the property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Pleasant View Rd,
Irrigon that he just came
back from vacation and
had a burglary. Guns were
taken and some cash, ad-
vises the back door was
open when he came in.
-MCSO received a
report on Wagon Wheel
Loop that there is a stray
dog that needs to go to the
vet. RP states that he has a
big chunk of his arm miss-
ing and the bone is visible.
Dog has been this way for
a couple weeks and she
believes the owner lives in
the area. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Willow Creek Rd,
Heppner that there is a calf
out. Contacted worker and
advised him of cattle being
loose.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Jack Dale Casta-
tor was arrested by MC
for probation violation.

report at Kunze Ln/Toms
Camp Rd, Boardman that a
large sheep dog is out and
almost caused an accident.

port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that he just saw a male
looking into his window.

-MCSO received a
report on Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington that she saw
a vehicle parked outside
Lexington with his brights
on.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Morgan St,
Heppner that RP would
like a deputy to come pick
up two pit bulls that are on
their front porch. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that there was a possible
drunk driver that took the
Boardman industrial exit.

-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
they located a bag of what
appears to be drugs by the
coffee machine. Deputy re-
sponded and collected the
item. The item was later
destroyed.
December 14: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report on
NW Water St, Heppner
that 69 year old husband is
having chest pains. Trans-
ported to PMH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that an older green mini
van is swerving all over
the road. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Kristen Dr, Ir-
rigon that her boyfriend
is throwing her things all
over the house.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Depot Ln, Irrigon
that down the road her
daughter’s father is living
in the trees. States he is
very sick with congestive
heart failure and his legs
are swollen. Transported.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Water St, Hep-
pner that her parents oil
was stolen.
-MCSO received a
report on Hwy 74 Lena,
Heppner that CBC is re-
questing assistance to close
a lane for a down pole. Re-
ferred to other agency.

report at Columbia Basin
Electric Co-op on Lin-
den Way, Heppner that a
pickup is driving around
town spinning his tires and
playing loud music. Possi-
bly near Pettyjohns at this
time. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a grey Camry speeds
up when RP does and
slows down when they do,
thinks it is possibly a road
rage situation.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile
Court on E Hwy 730, Irri-
gon of a suspicious pickup
near the office loading it
up. Unable to locate any-
thing suspicious. Unfound-
ed.
-MCSO received a
report at Sub Zero Res-
taurant on Hwy 730, Irri-
gon that a minor, appx. 12
years old is out front in a
silver car. Mother is inside
playing on the machines.

port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that someone is out-
side revving on a vehicle,
possibly working on it. RP
also stated they have been
speeding down the street
as well. Unable to locate.
