Oregon Trail RV Park on
NE Washington Ave that a
generator was stolen. Last
seen last night.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Third St that
there is a dog on her prop-
erty that keeps lunging and
chasing the RP.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207/Willow
Creek Rd that there is a
Suzuki broke down in the
middle of the road.
-MCSO received a
report on I 84 W that a
small blue crossover SUV
is speeding and almost hit
the RP. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave
that a grey Toyota Tun-
dra just turned around in
RP’s driveway. RP was
the driver trespassed from
his property and arrested
next time he comes on it.
MCSO attempted contact,
RP was very irate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Eighth St of s
suspicious vehicle parked
in the alley near their
driveway.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a theft at Heppner
Market Fresh, N Main St,
Heppner. Under investiga-
tion.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Sta-
tion on E Hwy 730 that a
customer was calling an
names, then
went behind the counter
and threw pop on the em-
ployee. The suspect left in
an orange Dodge. Mariza
J Ayala was arrested for
harassment and disorderly
conduct II.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Country Garden Rd
that RP heard one gunshot
come from NE of her resi-
dence. Deputy responded
and checked area. Unable
to locate.
November 29: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report at
AC Houghton on Ne Main
Ave that a poodle type dog
came out and tried to at-
tach RP’s and another’s
dogs. This is an ongoing
issue with the same dog.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave that his mother’s 2007
Toyota Prius is missing.
RP states that his wife used
the vehicle on Saturday
and she hasn’t returned it.
Wife was supposed to have
gone to Yakima and was
supposed to be back Sat-
urday evening. RP filed a
missing person’s report in
Toppenish because no one
can find her or contact her.

port on W Seventh St that
her neighbor’s dogs keep
coming onto her property
and chasing her animals.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Tumbleweed
Blvd that someone point-
ed a pellet gun at his dog
while he was walking her
in an empty field.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Fourth St that
RP’s vehicle was stolen.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Brandon St/SE
Utah Ave that a husky tried
to attack the dogs she was
walking.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln that
dogs are chasing a goat
with its legs tied.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a disabled vehicle
at W Eighth Rd/ Depot Ln.
Vehicle is in the lane and is
likely to be hit in the fog.
Vehicle was towed for haz-
ard.

port on NE Barratt Blvd
of a strange gentleman
headed p through the brush

and RP didn’t think he

damaged truck driver’s
trailer. Referred to other
agency.

port on Kunze Ln of pos-
sible animal neglect. Litter
of puppies, two of which
have died and a few more
that are looking scraggly.
Advised the dead dogs
were stacked like cord
wood.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E that a small
white Chevy 4-door sedan
stays in the fast lane speeds
up and almost ran into his
wife’s car. Referred to oth-
er agency.
November 30: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report on
Sim Tag Ln that 61 year
old female is in and out
of consciousness, shallow
breathing and quits breath-
ing and they nudge her to
start again. RP advised she
had a hip replacement a
few days ago and passed
out about half hour ago.
-MCSO received a
report on Choke Cherry
Loop of a 30 year old with
alcohol poisoning. Re-
ferred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kunze Ln/Peters Rd
of MVA who hit a deer. RP
advises she is pulled to the
side of the road. She is not
injured, reports damage to
her vehicle on the passen-
ger side.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon City Hall
on NE Main Ave that there
was a transient on the north
side of the building by the
heat pumps. Unable to lo-
cate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Steagall Rd that his
neighbor’s goats are go-
ing on to his property and
his rental next door and
destroying the vegetation.
They have ate his hay and
the rose bushes. This has
been happening for about
six months and RP has
tried to talk to the owner
and the owner is not will-
ing to talk to the RP.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Canyon Dr
that there is a black and
white border collie with no
collar running around the
neighborhood. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W East St that sub-
ject violated the restraining
order that she has against
him. States it happened on
Facebook messenger. Bret
