W Hwy 730 that someone
broke into the location.

port at Washington Ln/W
Fourth Rd that RP’s ID was
taken from his wallet, only
his ID was taken.

report on I 84 E of two
hitchhikers headed east on
the right shoulder walk-
ing extremely close to the
fog line. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W that a 52
foot long white trailer has
no taillights. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Pole Line Rd/Front-
age Ln that her son ran off
the road and is injured. Ina
white Chevy 4-door car.
Patient transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
a blue Ford Taurus station
wagon sped through to-
wards Tenth.

port on I 84 W of a pickup
and trailer on their sides in
the median. OSP handled
the crash.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale St that he
has had cans stolen again
from his residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Charity Loop
that the residents at this
location have a dog that is
on a chain and has gotten
himself outside of the fence
and RP is afraid the dog will
end up strangling himself.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Kristen Dr that a
60 year old disabled female
-MCSO received a re-
port of a suicidal subject on
SW 11 th St.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale St that
someone came into his
house again and stole some
items.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W of a possi-
ble drunk driver, speeding
up and slowing down and
swerving. OSP advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Eleventh St/E
Hwy 730 that a newer ma-
roon Mazda was weaving
in and out of lines, suspect
was driving aggressively
and when RP passed them
and got into Irrigon the
suspect started flashing
lights and honking. Then
impeded traffic and stopped

port on SE Thirteenth St re-
questing assistance for her
85 year old father who has
fallen and is pinned under a
small trailer. Patient refusal.
November 21: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Short
Rd/Columbia Ln of a pile
of leaves on fire. RP did not
see flames, but pile appears
to be smoking.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W of a Ford
work truck with a man
bucket on the back fails to
maintain lane or speed. Was
drifting into RP’s lane and
RP had to go to the shoul-
der to avoid a collision.

-MCSO received a re-
port of a possible death on

W Main St that subject got
$88 diesel and drove off.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave of a
four wheeler occupied by
two, no helmets. Unable to
locate.

port on I 84 W of a black
Ford Explorer driving errat-
ically and blowing around,
driving aggressively.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W of an elderly
driver all over the road. RP
is concerned he will cause
an accident.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Pioneer Memorial
Hospital on NE Pioneer Dr
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave of a
white Dodge 4-door speed-
ing and running through a
stop. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Our Lady of Guada-
lupe Church on Olson Rd of
a vehicle in the ditch with
flashers going.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
maroon Dodge flew past to
Tenth St.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bunker Hill Ln/Hwy
74 of a dark colored van
pulled over with flashers
on. The windows appeared
fogged, but didn’t see any-
one or notice any apparent
damage. Unknown what
issue is. Deputy responded,
