Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Quaid St that he saw his sister-in-law take his bike back from subject that had stolen the bike within the last 30 min- utes. Drion Mark Donner was arrested by MCSO for Theft II. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Marina on NE Seventh St of a female in the water half naked. Before she got in the water she was walking around very suspicious, believes she might be intoxicated. Female jumped over the fence. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Eleventh St that 20 year old male is non responsive. Patient trans- ported to GSH. -MCSO received a re- port on E Hwy 730 that a vehicle hit a dog on the road. MCSO responded, unable to locate an owner of the dog. ODOT was advised to pick up the remains. -MCSO received a re- port of suspicious activ- ity at SE Brandon St, Ir- rigon. David Paul Thomas was arrested by MCSO on IJC warrant. Subject was lodged at UCJ with a total bail of $53,000. October 29: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Wilson Rd Trailer Park on Wilson Rd SW that female came into his residence, took a bunch of pills and then left in a grey van at a high rate of speed. Female located and transported to GSH. -MCSO received a report that Prineville PD would like contact in re- gards to an assist. -MCSO received a re- port at N First St/Columbia River that there are seven tires down at the river that someone dumped. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a red Dodge half ton 4X4 flew through with female driver. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Brandon St that a stolen car is across the street from him. States it has no tags, a flat tire and the male subject states he is a felon and has mental issues. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that her truck was egged last night after 2200 hours. RP advised that MCSO was going to need to step up late night patrols. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Morgan St that on Thursday night some- one tried to break into her vehicle. Advised that the neighbor text her advising her car alarm was going off and the window was broken on driver’s side. -MCSO received a re- port at 1903 Memorial Park on Linden Way of a baby stroller with blankets and no one around. Advises it has been there for approx. an hour. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Court St of a green single cab Ford pickup, advises he doesn’t know who he is. States it is a school zone and the male goes very fast past his house. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Chase St that she went to her storage unit, the lock was gone and something was put into it. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E of a blue SUV going 100 plus. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave that a red Ford Expedition with female driver just flew down the road. -MCSO received a re- port at AC Houghton on NE Main Ave that a male in a white Dodge van is drinking an alcoholic bev- erage. MCSO responded, had the passenger dump out his alcoholic beverage and warned him about open container laws. -MCSO received a re- port at Lakeview Heights on Willow Creek Rd that Lakeview Heights let her brother out without any formal paperwork. -MCSO received a re- port on E Hwy 730 that RP hit a deer, unknown where deer is. No medical needed. Referred to OSP. -MCSO received a re- port at Mill Zone, Hwy 74, Heppner of a possible MVA, vehicle vs deer, non- injury. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Quaid St that his black mini schnauzer is missing, last seen two hours ago. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Court St that he can hear talking and foot- steps in his house, no one is supposed to be home. He is in his room now. MCSO re- sponded, father was home. -MCSO received a re- port at Tower Rd/I 84 that RP is a guard at Threemile Farms and he got a report that right off Tower Rd exit a truck hit the guardrail, blocking traffic. October 30: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Stea- gall Rd that a male who calls himself Rambo tried to come into his residence, is now on his property and refuses to leave. Currently in his front yard. -MCSO received a re- port at Wilson Ln/Paul Smith Rd that there are goats on Wilson and she almost hit them. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Market Fresh on N Main St that subject just hit the bar- ricade between the store and building just north. Non-injury but the driver did hit a 4-Runner as well. Someone is trying to find the owner of the 4-Runner. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Division St/ SE Utah Ave that a black Camaro is speeding headed toward Division. -MCSO received a re- port at Country Garden on Estate Loop that older His- panic male with cane and white hat seems confused on where he is. Unfounded. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a black Honda Civic blew the stop sign and swerved by and almost got onto his property. RP believes the female is driving under the influence or distracted. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Wilson Rd Trailer Park on Wilson Rd SW that adult son is being violent toward RP, her GF and her pets. Parties separated. Male did push female ear- lier. Adrian Lee Ahumada was arrested by BPD for ha- rassment-DV. Bail $10,000, lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Eighth St of a narcotic complaint. October 31: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Willow St. that RP has found proof that subject has trespassed on her property on sev- eral dates and would like to press charges. -MCSO received a re- port on E Main St that the neighbor dog climbs the six foot fence into her yard. RP advised it always drinks her dog’s water. -MCSO received a re- port on Willow Creek Rd that there is an overturned gravel trailer that is block- ing one of the lanes. No one around. -MCSO received a re- port at NW Gale St/NW Water St that there is a large RV. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thirteenth Pl that RP would like subject trespassed following them making threats. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a green/gold Lexus SUV took four seconds to bet from the house to the pavement. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a silver vehicle came flying through again and had to stop. -MCSO received a report at Heppner High School on NW Morgan St that subject hit RP and left in a Chevy Impala, silver in color. -MCSO received a re- port on Magic Garden Ln that he has had mail stolen from his mailbox and this morning they were all open. RP advised that a check to him was deposited into a deceased ladies account and then withdrawn. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that a white Dodge is speeding toward Tenth. -MCSO received a re- port on W Eighth Rd that RP located a pipe on the edge of property and would like deputy to pick it up. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave that Toyota Camry grey in color is speeding headed toward Tenth. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74 that a deer was hit and is deceased.
