Sheriff’s Report
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
October 23: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Tower
Rd that there is an elderly
male on the shoulder and
the subject is only about 50
yards farther that when RP
saw him an hour ago. Con-
cerned the subject might
be disoriented. Deputy
responded and provided
subject a courtesy ride into
Boardman.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 that a small
car pulled onto the main
road going about 20 mph
in the 55 mph speed zone.
RP was concerned for the

person. OSP advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Division St that
RP reported to the school
that subject hurt her little
brother. Transported.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Division of two trail-
ers parked on city property.
-MCSO received a re-

Main St that they had a
baby pit bull in case anyone
called. Advised they posted
it to Facebook and would
hold onto it until someone
came to collect it.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln/W
Seventh Rd that an older
pickup with camper shell
was dumping off a mattress
in the road in the refuge.
Unfounded.

report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr that vehicle drove over
the edge into the bottom
apartments.
-MCSO received a
report at SW Second St/
SW Nevada Ave of driving
complaints.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
white Jeep Wrangler with
yellow strobe light spun his
tires to the pavement.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Kunze Ln that a
2001 Mazda Tribute was
repossessed. Vehicle was
not repossessed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
silver Kia SUV was headed
towards Tenth speeding.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
a gray Lincoln Continental
with all his windows down
has his music loud. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo of
a tractor with no lights and
no flagger.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd that a
maintenance person found
a bag possibly containing
drugs.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
OHV park on Forest Service
21 Rd that father and her
son went out hunting, they
were supposed to check in
today sometime between
12-1400. The campsite is
at the OHV park. Deputy
made contact, they were
fine. Male will attempt con-
tact with the RP tomorrow.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 206 Condon
that they were 20 miles
west of Heppner on 206
and there is an 81 year old
male possibly having a
heart attack. The call was
dropped before they could
get more info. HEPA and
MCSO responded. HEPA
met vehicle near town and
transported patient.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Rd/
Shaw Grade Rd that there
is a third of an acre on fire.

-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 that a 26
year old female is in labor
near the Jordan elevators,
red Durango.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Justin M Sutton
was arrested on MCCC
warrant, lodged at UCJ,
no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Gun Club Ln that
her husband has been vio-
lating the restraining order.
Someone tried to hack her
email account. Drove by her
property and was honking
and waving at her.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
dogs are out and roaming
the street.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
two weeks ago he found
a set of Toyota keys be-
tween Fourth and First on
Washington. Advertised
on Facebook and no one
claims them.
-MCSO received a re-
port at N Green St/Hwy 74
that a newer silver Pontiac
with broken front headlight
took 3-4 sacks of cans from
the school drop off.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Lexington Sinclair,
W Main St, Lexington that
RP turned a radio into a
deputy that was found near
St. Marys, ID.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
Ford F250 headed toward
Tenth is speeding.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Eighth St that 68
year old female has pace-
maker and it is shocking
her. Transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port of harassment on Cal-
ifornia Ln. Jordan Crandall
was arrested by MCSO, no
bail, lodged at UCJ.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that RP
is having problems with his
son, son is high tempered
and punching walls. MCSO
responded, parties separat-
ed for the night.
October 25: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Strebin
Farm on E Oregon Ln that
the house south of the stor-
ages was broken into.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730 that a Ger-
man shepherd is running
around the gas station. Un-
able to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W of a semi
rollover.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Frontage Ln that
a male is punching female
in the yard. Richard An-
drew Miller was arrested
by MCSO, lodged at UCJ,
bail $15,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Fourth St that his
neighbor’s male Doberman
is knocking over garbage
cans and tearing trash apart.
Deputy made contact with
dog owner, owner advised
he was attempting to get
rid of the dog as it has been
causing him problems.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a theft at Greenwood
Resources on Homestead
Ln.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Water
Park on NW Riverside Ave
that two pit bulls are fight-
ing. MCSO responded, the
dogs were playing and went
back to their respective
yards.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that a
grey Lincoln is driving by
with loud music.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Grade
School on NE Stansbury
Ln that Shane Rodriguez
was arrested by MCSO for
VRO, bail $5,000, lodged
at UCJ.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Pheasant Ln that he
lost his two dogs, black and
white female lab heeler mix
and Doberman/black lab
mix male.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on Hwy 730 that subject
is on the property and has
been trespassed. Tristan
Jack Fiscus was arrested
by MCSO on IJC warrant,
lodged at UCJ, $9,000 bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Learning
Center on Columbia Ln that
there are three small sheep
on the side of the road. Un-
able to locate.
October 26: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Love’s
Travel Stop on Tower Rd
that the fire alarm is going
off, heat detector in kitchen
east location. Made contact
with on call worker, they do
not need response, no fire.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop
on Tower Rd that a male
subject is passed out in the
Carl’s Jr drive through,
Hispanic male, silver Hon-
da Civic. Male subject was
tired and fell asleep. Going
to finish his nap in the park-
ing lot.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Oregon Ln that
a brown horse with a white
star on face is heading east
on Oregon. Owners were
given a verbal warning for
animals being loose in a
livestock district.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
Agriculture Museum on
NW Riverside Ave of two
pit bulls running around by
the museum.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730 that two
black cows are on the high-
way.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Fourth Rd/Hwy
730 that a black and white
paint horse is out. Owners
warned for loose livestock
in a livestock district.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon City Hall
on NE Main Ave that bike
was stolen. Advises he was
inside and when he came
out the bike wasn’t there.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SW Ninth/SW Or-
chard of a domestic dispute.
Cancelled.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Jestin Harding was
arrested by Baker County
on MCCC warrant. Lodged
at Baker County jail on bail
of $20,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave of
shots fired. RP advises it
sounds like a pistol and has
heard at least four shots.

-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Seventh St of
43 year-old female not con-
scious/not breathing.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Fourth that her
neighbor’s dog has been
barking all night. Deputy
made contact with the dog
owner and provided with
pet rescue number.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Bombing Range
Rd MP 2 that a truck is off
the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Sperry St/NW
Morgan St of a shite Mer-
cedes speeding.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ave NE/
Laurel Ln that a truck is on
fire, no one inside.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Crooked Rd that
three males in two white
diesel pickups are loading
another truck on trailer.
Deputy made contact with
male. He loaded one of the
trucks to haul to Arizona,
when he left his place the
trailer was rubbing on one
of the tires so he unloaded
one of the trucks and is en rt
back to his residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Knight’s Inn/Village
Restaurant on First St NW
that a female was being
forced into a small silver
truck. Officers responded,
female was being helped
to the vehicle as she was
highly intoxicated.

that there is a dead cow in
a pasture.

port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd that a
female keeps coming onto
the property despite being
trespassed from it. Believes
she may have also taken
some items from him.
-MCSO received a re-
port on N Main St that
last night his vehicle was
backed into.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 that a large
black pig is walking down
the highway near Linden
Way, right across the street
from Pettyjohn’s. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln
that his pure bred pit bull
was in his front yard and
neighbors said they saw
someone run into the yard
and took the dog. RP called
back and advised his dog
was returned and no longer
needs a deputy to respond.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Brandon St that
a male came and threatened
him, stated he was going to
kill him. RP states he is on
his last strike but he could
have killed him RP did not
know who the male was but
kept repeating to himself
that he himself is psycho.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Depot Ln that there
is a mom and child staying
at his house. The father is
not supposed to come to the
house per the RP. He was at
the house and was knocking
on the door. MCSO made
contact and advised RP of
her options.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 of two
individuals in the ODOT
parking lot outside the ve-
hicle. MCSO responded,
they got a flat tire and are
changing it.
