male there that won’t leave
and is harassing custom-
ers. Deputy responded and
contacted subject. Subject is
leaving and going to Uma-
tilla for breakfast.

enth St that a small gray
Buick SUV almost hit him
in the crosswalk.

port at Finley buttes Land-
fill on Bombing Range Rd
of subject complaining of
chest pain. Transported to

about a subject who may
be schizophrenic, he has

her husband and believes
he is around the prop-
erty. The back lights on the
porch are turning on and
the neighbor’s dogs are
barking, believes there is
someone outside. Male is
texting her asking where
she is at. Unable to locate.

port at Gravel Pit Ln/W
Eighth Rd that a rottweiler
is chasing sheep.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Immigrant Ln that
NSF check was returned,
tried to run the check twice
and neither time worked.

subject cold to touch, does
not want CPR. 89 year old
female, unresponsive.

red Dodge pickup is travel-
ing at a high rate of speed

advises that all over town
there are people driving

ing her and won’t leave her
alone, he states he is going
to force her out of the house.

pickup is brighting cars and
honking at them. Referred
to other agency.

Hwy 207 that RP received
three SOS texts from some-
one that said to open google
maps. He did and it is show-
ing 3-5 miles up Willow
Creek from 207. RP is en
route there now but would
like deputy to respond as
well. MCSO made contact
with female, she advised
it was a misdial. Not sure
why her phone was sending
those messages.

County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at SW
Second St/SW Wyoming
Ave of four brown horses
loose. Deputy checked area,
unable to locate horses.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74 that RP
thinks his 88 year old father
has passed away.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Douglas Carter
Robertson was arrested by
HPD on MCSO warrant.
Lodged at UCJ, no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W that a truck
driver is falling asleep and
swerving. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave that
a black Pontiac G6 flew by
toward Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port that RP’s grandson
took over $200 from his
pickup.

port on SE Utah Ave that a
Ford Taurus went by at high
rate of speed, flipped off RP
and double parked.

of a deer in the middle of
the roadway. Hazard was
removed.

white Australian shepherd.

that a silver van is driving
recklessly about 80 mph, in
and out of the road. Almost
hit RP in the rear end twice.

Ln/Hwy 207 Echo that RP
hit a deer on Baseline. RP
was not injured, declined
medical and has left the
area. Not sure what hap-
pened to the deer, concerned
it may still be injured in the
area. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730 that RP hit
a deer. Declined medical,
but wants contact regarding
what to do next. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E of a ve-
hicle with flashers on the
shoulder, older dark Chevy
sedan.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Hurd Pl that
there is a dog in her back
yard, came over from the
neighbor’s after going after
the neighbor’s kid.

a red Pontiac Grand Am is
speeding around the area

in her yard.

by MCSO on Clackamas
County warrant. Lodged at

lation of restraining order
against ex. Came home and
found a letter on her door,
male stormed out when she
was on the phone with 911.

laying on the beach, breath-
ing and did move but won’t
answer. Patient was trans-
ported to GSH.

old daughter is missing
from her room They have
been out looking for her.
Female was located.

port on SW Third St that
there are two dogs roaming
around in her yard. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Garrison Ln that at
the end of Garrison there
are three cars in an empty
lot. States there is ice chests
sitting outside and they are
possibly squatting there.
