CUST SUBDIVISION, in
the City of Irrigon, County
of Morrow, State of Or-
egon.
The purchase price for the
property sold to Evelio T.
Lomas was $40,000. Pay-
ment obligations were se-
cured by Deed of Trust.
Evelio T. Lomas defaulted
in his payment obligations
for the purchase of the
property.
Evelio T. Lomas died Au-
gust 20, 2014. The defen-
