pner that she was walking
with her grandkids near the
new Cliff Green shed by
the Ag museum and saw a
male hiding behind the shed
and when she tried to take
a look at him he tried to
hide from her. RP also saw
a second male.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln, Ir-
rigon that RP’s foster dog
is acting up and tried to
attack her son last night,
was sprayed and was eating
a dead skunk. Deputy with
pickup needs to respond.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Magic Garden Ln/W
Seventh Rd, Irrigon that
there is a lot of speeding
in the area in the morning
when the kids in the area
are walking to school and
in the afternoon when the
kids are walking home. He
would like a sign put up in
the area and extra patrol.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Blackhorse Canyon
Ln, Heppner that subject
took items from the resi-
dence that are not his.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a semi seemed to have
smoke coming from the top
of it and the driver doesn’t
seem to be aware.
-MCSO received a re-
port at West Extension Ir-
rigation District on NE
Main Ave, Irrigon that she
lost $500 in cash on Satur-
day. She thinks it may have
fallen out of her pocket.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Cecil Ln/Hwy 74,
Ione that a male subject
works in Cecil and drives
from Cecil to I 84 via Hwy
74 to Irrigon every day very
intoxicated.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Maple Crest apart-
ments on Wilson Rd SW,
Boardman that a vehicle
hit some cars at Maple
Crest. Joel De Los Santos
Hernandez was arrested by
BPD on DUII.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione that a
vehicle is traveling at a high
rate of speed in the wrong
lane heading west. The ve-
hicle ran the RP off of the
road. Unable to locate.
September 16: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report at Rhea
Creek Rd/Hwy 74, Ione
of a MVA about two mile
up Rhea Creek from Hwy
74. The vehicle is partially
blocking the NB lane, de-
bris in the road, but no one
around. Deputy responded,
driver was located and will
be returning to clean up the
remainder of debris.
-MCSO received a
report on I 84 E, Board-
man of a MVA. Second
RP advised he continued
on but thinks the driver
was intoxicated. Jose Luiz
Paez Figueroa was arrested
by OSP for DUII, bail of
$5,000, lodged at UCJ.
-MCSO received a
report on Hwy 74 Lena,
Heppner that there is a fire
outside his residence in
a dry field, structures are
threatened.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Aiken St, Hep-
pner that her son’s wallet
was taken from his vehicle
in front of the residence last
night. He had it at the shell
station prior, but doesn’t
think he left it there.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a newer black Dodge
pickup is speeding, driver
is using cell phone and not
paying attention.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a dark green or blue
Silverado with Montana
plate is unable to maintain
lane and speed about 90.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Olden Ln, Ione that
there is a strange car roam-
ing around the area. Vehicle
is AMC Pacer.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Brace Rd, Irrigon
that in a red Chevy pickup
a male and female are argu-
ing, did get physical for a
second and they are dump-
ing stuff on neighbor’s
property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Brace Rd, Irrigon
that there is a kid in a red
Chevy 4 door truck keeps
going on his property.
-MCSO received a re-
port of hit and run on Baja
Court, Boardman. Green or
black Honda went north,
bumper hanging.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Fourth Rd/W
Hwy 730, Irrigon that no
vehicle is on the scene, but
horse has been hit.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman of
a jack-knifed rig, unknown
if blocking or injuries.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
of 66 year old male hav-
ing cardiac issue. Male
has stents and unrepaired

port on Clarks Canyon Rd,
Lexington that someone hit
and killed one of his cows
last night or early this morn-
ing. RP advised tire marks
are visible where the ve-
hicle swerved off the road
and hit the animal.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln, Ir-
rigon that her dog has been
missing since last night.
RP called back and advised
they found the dog.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale St, Hep-
pner that he is splitting up
from his wife and she took
his pickup and is speeding
around the area with it.
