County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Boardman
Marina on Marine Dr W,
Boardman that a man was
standing in the RP’s camp-
ground. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port of fraud on checking
account and identity theft
on checking, savings and
credit cards.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexington
of cows out. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a yellow car hauler
tractor trailer was halfway
on the shoulder and halfway
in the right lane. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln,
Irrigon that male subject
was bit by a dog that came
out of a yard. Dog owner
was advised to keep the dog
on their property. Subject
who was bitten was given
a courtesy ride to the clinic.
-MCSO received a
report on Frontage Ln,
Hermiston that RP found
a beer can underneath her
Suburban and she does not
drink. RP would like deputy
to pick it up and dust for
fingerprints. RP thinks that
the person that did it may
be an old neighbor. Deputy
responded, can appeared to
be old.

port on Parkside Rd, Board-
man that border collie is
missing. RP also located
blood on her porch, un-
known what from.

port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a semi in the
left lane, swerving, with
flashers on. Unable to lo-

rigon that a male with long
blonde hair is going up and
down the streets making all
sorts of noise, yelling and
trying to start fights with
people. Female in a teal
dress is following him and
looks like she is recording
