Mahoney also reported that
the audit report showed a
positive gain for $420,000
for the year ending June
30, 2018. She said it was a
clean audit with no recom-
mendations given.
The board received no-
tice that Umatilla Electric
turned down the district’s
request to lower or forgive
the $25,000 fee for bring-
ing additional power to
the Irrigon Medical Clinic
for the MRI unit. Power
was brought into the clinic
the week of September
13. Installation of flooring
and HVAC environmental
controls began the week
of September 17. The IMC
parking lot was complet-
ed with a total price of
$84,974, below the bid
price of $88,162.
The board received the
