2018 FORECLOSURE LIST ISSUED BY MORROW COUNTY
The tax collector of Morrow County, Oregon, has prepared the following list
of all properties now subject to foreclosure, This foreclosure list contains the
names of those appearing in the latest tax rolls as the respective owners of tax
delinquent properties, a description of each such property as the same appears in
the latest tax rolls, the year or years for which taxes, special assessments, fees,
or other charges are delinquent on each property, together with the principal
of the delinquent amount of each year and the amount of accrued and accruing
interest thereon through September 15, 2018. Also included in the total due is a
5% publication penalty.
Please take note that a complete and accurate legal description of the properties
designated by the tax lot numbers on the attached list is made a part of the ap-
plication as Exhibit A for judgment, filed in the Morrow County Circuit Court
and available at the Morrow County Trial Court Clerk's Office. Note also, that
more particular descriptions are available at the office of the Morrow County
Assessor/Tax Collector.

a small blue car drove
slowly through the area
blaring their music and
turned it down after pass-
ing RP’s residence. RP
felt it was harassment or
disturbing the peace, not
just a noise issue. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile
Court on E Hwy 730, Irri-
gon that GSH had a female
in the ER who was beaten
up by her boyfriend a few
days ago. The incident oc-
curred in Irrigon. Helmer
Jimenez Zamudio was ar-
rested and lodged at UCJ.
-MCSO received a
report on I 84 W, Board-
man that male had tried
to turn around in the me-
dian and got stuck in the
sand. Advised there was
not a MVA, his GPS was
wrong. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a
report on SW Second St,
Irrigon that there is anew
home being completed
across the street and there
have been some suspi-
cious subjects around the
property.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a black Dodge
quad cab was speeding on
Utah towards Tenth.

screaming. Unable to lo-

MCSO. Lodged at UCJ,
no bail.

report at Willow Creek
Diner on N Main St, Hep-
pner that there are mul-
tiple people living behind
the diner in a trailer.

report that Kyler Douglas
Dial was arrested on Ben-
ton County warrant and
lodged at UCJ, no bail.

report at I 84 E/Tower Rd,
Boardman that a semi is
stalled out on the over-
pass. Complete, semi and

gon for a subject that has
missed dialysis for tow
weeks. Deputy responded
and contacted subject. He
did not feel like going in
today.

St, Lexington that RP was
following a silver van and
a male stood out of the sun
roof and flipped them off.
Referred to OSP.
-MCSO received a
report that Sarah Diane
Bennett was arrested by
HPD on MC circuit war-
rant. Lodged at UCJ with
no bail.
-MCSO received a
report at Morrow County
Fairgrounds on Hwy 74
Lena, Heppner of a brown
Ford pickup that has been
parked at the location for
four days. RP would like
deputy to make arrange-
ments to get it removed.
-MCSO received a
report on Tews Ln, Ione
of damage to a vehicle
and a building. Looks like
someone took the corner
out of the building and
then parked the vehicle
and left.
-MCSO received a
report on Linden Way,
Heppner that RP would
like to press harassment
charges against subject.
She advised he hit her with
a shovel. Under investiga-
tion.
-MCSO received a
report on Columbia Ln,
Irrigon that Michael Bri-
an Oliver was arrested
on MCCC warrant. Sub-
ject lodged at UCJ with
$20,000 bail.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Gale St,
Heppner that there is a
stray dog in yard, boxer
type dog.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Shell
Station on N Main St,
Heppner that a juvenile
stole a package of Prin-
gles. They tried to keep
him on scene, but he left
on foot.
-MCSO received a
report of a disturbance at
Castle Rock Apartments,
Tatone St, Boardman.
Officer responded and
they will be working it
out civilly.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that there are two
young boys riding around
on a quad, as well as a
blue car going up and
down Brandon and Tenth
barking the tires. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on E Main St, Ione
that this weekend some-
one tried to get into his
daughter’s car and rip out
the stereo.
-MCSO received a re-
port that the purple house
that Sally Marlatt used to
live in is vacant. Advised
that there are a group of
kids that keep going into
the house.
-MCSO received a
report at Sub Zero Motel,
S First St, Irrigon that Ka-
trina Louise Kunzler was
arrested on Union County
Parole warrant., Lodged at
UCJ with no bail awaiting
transport.
June 15: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received a report at Pater-
son Ferry Rd/RR tracks,
Irrigon of a suspicious
vehicle. MCSO made
contact, subject is an em-
ployee at the facility.
-MCSO received a
report on Cain Ln, Irrigon
that there are people going
onto RP’s property and
taking pictures. It has been
getting worse, her and her
daughters feel unsafe.
-MCSO received a
report on Cain Ln, Irrigon
requesting investigation
the death of a horse and a
check on the rest of the an-
imals at location. Deputy
advised the case is already
under investigation.
-MCSO received a
report at Morrow County
OHV park on Forest Ser-
vice 21 Road, Heppner
that a subject was at the
restaurant at the park last
night and was giving the
staff a hard time. The sub-
ject appeared intoxicated.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Fish Hatch-
ery Office on Riverview
Ln, Irrigon that there is a
crack pipe in one of their
nets and would like a dep-
uty to contact in regards to
what to do with the item.
-MCSO received a
report at Bucknum’s on
N Main St, Heppner of a
fender bender. People are
exchanging information,
no injuries.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a semi rear-ended
another semi and they are
blocking the slow lane,
RP didn’t think the sub-
jects appeared injured, but
didn’t stop. MCSO, BFD
and OSP responded.
-MCSO received a
report at Columbia Riv-
er Ranch on Kunze Ln,
Boardman that she was as-
saulted. She has a lump on
her head and her stomach
hurts. 41 year old female.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Fourth St,
Irrigon that two Hispanic
males are in the aban-
doned trailer and she was
advised to contact MCSO
if anyone went in there.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon of a red Pontiac
Grand Am that traveled at
a good rate of speed from
Utah past Seventh. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a gold Honda Accord
with WA plates is possibly
traveling over 100 mph.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Wilson Ln, Board-
man that he has been hear-
ing strange noises in his
back porch, it sounds like
someone trespassing on
his property.
