The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
May 12: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on I 84
W, Boardman that he was
almost run off the road.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
of a rollover accident. Fire
and medical needed. Driver
was transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a
report at E Hwy 730/SE
Division St, Irrigon that a
black and white sheep dog
is running around, looks
like he tore the leash in half.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Main St, Heppner
that her ex-partner sent her
a death message last night,
detailed a plan to kill the
dogs, her and then himself.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Court St, Hep-
pner that RP has a letter
stating he has power of
attorney over the house
and there are people there
from the bank changing the
locks. Parties worked out
the issue amongst them-
selves.
-MCSO received a ju-
venile complaint at Tupper
Guard Station on Tupper
Ln, Heppner. Under inves-
tigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a black Ford car is all
over the lane. It almost side
swiped cars, was tailgating
and crossed the center line.

-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington of a driving
complaint on a white car,
bumper missing, three peo-
ple in the car. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Kunze Ln, Board-
man of a generator theft by
landlord last night. It was
left outside.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Marina on
NE Seventh St, Irrigon at
a silver Ford Taurus was
at the marina and smelled
like marijuana. There was
a male and female in the
car as well as a baby in the
backseat. RP is concerned
they are using marijuana
with the child in the car.
-MCSO received a re-
port pm SE First St, Irrigon
that her driveway is being
blocked.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Third St, Irrigon
that there is a pickup and
stove missing from her
rental property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Arcade St, Lex-
ington that young kids
on dirt bikes are popping
wheelies and going up and
down the street. Wants the
area checked and juveniles
stopped. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that someone
is driving a red 4-wheeler
in the corp of engineers
property.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon of a
hit and run. RP advises only
scratches and rub marks on
her car, no dent, unknown
who hit her.
May 13: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on NW
Baltimore St, Heppner that
there is cougar on the hill
heading toward the sheriff’s
office and high school. Re-
ferred to ODFW.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a black Buick
Regal flew through the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Main St, Heppner
of ID theft, added him on
credit cards. Under inves-
tigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Eastregaard Rd,
Boardman that he has a
swarm of bees, he does
not want to kill them. Re-
questing a possible phone
number of someone who
can assist with the bees.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a purple Honda
Civic flew by and a red
Pontiac Grand Am as well.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207 Echo, Lex-
ington of a disabled vehicle,
trailer with a flat tire.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a white with black
top Chevy Cavalier blew
the stop sign on Seventh.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
of an elderly male walking
on the side of the road, has a
suit case. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Echo that subject blew two
tires on passenger side of
fifth wheel. Not blocking
but directing traffic.
-MCSO received a re-
port at E East St, Lexington
that there is a horse tied to
a horse trailer, she believes
it has been there since this
morning with no water.

County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon that a
grey Ford pickup ran a stop
sign and does not have any
plates on it.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Rippee Rd, Board-
man of a suspicious vehi-
cle in the area. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port of suspicious activity at
Washington Ln/W Seventh
Rd, Irrigon. Seems to be a
lot of vehicles parked on
the outside of a locked gate.
Unable to locate anything
suspicious.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Pontiac flew
through the area. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Learning
Center on Columbia Ln,
Irrigon of 13 year old pos-
sible seizure. Patient trans-
ported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a possible drunk
driver that just left a bar
in Umatilla and is heading
towards Irrigon in a silver
Mazda.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Lakeview Heights
on Willow Creek Rd, Hep-
pner of a fire. Flames are
out, but ceiling is melting,
sprinkler is going off.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a Chevy Colorado
is traveling at a high rate of
speed pas RP’s residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a dog bite at Pioneer
Memorial Hospital on NE
Pioneer Dr, Heppner.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Fifth St, Irrigon
that subject is being hostile
and she is putting his items
out in the front yard.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a male driving a
Ford Ranger just flipped a
U turn pas the residence of
RP and flipped him off.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that a silver Pontiac
full of teenagers just ripped
past her house and flipped
the RP off.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Malheur Ct, Board-
man that RP is being ha-
rassed by her roommates.
May 15: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at SE Utah
Ave/SE Bandon St, Irrigon
that a subject ran the stop
sign. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Riverview Ln, Irri-
gon that a 50 year old male
had fallen and was bleeding
now from his head. Patient
transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SW Second St/SW
Nevada Ave, Irrigon that
there are three vehicles
parked in the right of way
and cannot be parked there.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Grand Am
is speeding towards Tenth/
Idaho.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a white Ford
Taurus station wagon is
speeding down towards
Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Marina on
Ne Seventh St, Irrigon that
two girls were parked in the
far end and then sped off. In
the process they left a lot of
debris and damage.
-MCSO received a re-
port at AC Houghton on
NE Main Ave, Irrigon of a
MVA in the parking lot, no
injuries.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bombing Range Rd,
Boardman that a semi-truck
threw a rock, hit the wind-
shield and caused a crack.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Tower Rd, Board-
man that a brown cow is
out on the road. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Ln/Laurel
Rd, Boardman that razor
bikes are racing up the road.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paul Smith Rd,
Boardman that there is a
pit bull cross and the dog
is weak. Transported to pet
rescue.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Kristen Dr, Ir-
rigon that his siblings have
been fighting. Older brother
had his girlfriend over and
sister got in their faces and
wanted girlfriend to leave.
Mason Lee Alcala Kennedy
was arrested by MCSO,
lodged at UCJ with bail of
$25,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there was a vehicle
at his neighbors and they
parked in the middle of the
road, ran into the house and
left the car running in the
middle of the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Coun-
try Club on Hwy 74, Hep-
pner that there was a young
couple that was pushing a
baby stroller going through
the garbage cans.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Toms Camp Rd/
Kunze Ln, Boardman that
RP hit a cow. Didn’t hit it
very hard, no injury and the
cow is not deceased.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a silver Mopar drove
off the road, got back on
the road. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexing-
ton that one of his drivers
almost hit three cows 2-3
miles west of Lexington.
May 16: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at S Main
St/Cannon St, Heppner that
signs were put up stating no
parking and there is a vehi-
cle there, would like deputy
to check it out.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Riverview Ave,
Irrigon about a rooster in his
neighborhood. Would like
to know the rules on having
one in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Willow St, Hep-
pner that RP would like
Frederick Tortolani tres-
passed from the apartments.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that two Fed Ex
vehicles went flying down
SE Utah.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Ione School, Spring
St, Ione regarding a possi-
ble DV that happened off
campus that was witnessed.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Grade
School, NE Stansbury ST,
Heppner that after school
there are juveniles that
throw rocks and sticks in
the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Honda
Pilot rand the stop sign on
Seventh.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Elementary
School, SE Wyoming Ave,
Irrigon of MIP.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Nevada Ave,
Irrigon that son was kicking
the pregnant dog in the ab-
domen and dropping it off
the porch. RP advised the
dog has been neglected be-
fore but now has escalated
to abuse.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Rand Rd/Hwy 730,
Irrigon about an older white
pickup with a utility trailer
driving erratically. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a black SUV flew
down Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Thompson Ranch
on Hwy 74, Heppner that
a semi-truck is across both
lanes, brakes locked up.
Vehicle is now off the road
and traffic is back going.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a 4-door pickup
with NM plates is driving
erratically down Utah.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Court St, Hep-
pner that a window was
broken out of their house
while they were gone.
-MCSO received a
driving complaint on SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon regarding
a Nissan Xterra that drove
down towards Tenth St.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a fire at Calbee
North America on Lewis
and Clark Dr, Boardman.
Fire across the street, visi-
ble flames, moving quickly.
May 17: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Pet-
tyjohn’s on Linden Way,
Heppner that there is a
black and tan dog on the
road eating something. Dog
was returned to owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port at MCSO range on
Rippee Rd, Boardman that
a shed was left open. Depu-
ty responded, shed belongs
to the port. Port advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Honda and a
grey Malibu are speeding
through the area.
-MCSO received a
report at Ione School on
Spring St, Ione of threats
made by a juvenile.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a silver Buick was
driving erratically, almost
ran vehicles off the road.
Weaving, possibly texting.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a disabled vehicle. No
one in the vehicle, is not a
hazard.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a white Honda sped
through the stop sign at
Seventh/Utah and does it on
purpose. Advised vehicle
has WA plates and has been
here since January.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red/grey Honda
Accord went through the
stop sign.
-MCSO received a re-
port that John Callahan
Doherty was arrested by
MCSO on circuit court war-
rant. Subject was lodged at
UCJ with bail of $20,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Miller Rd, Board-
man that there is something
in her front yard making an
awful sound. Not sure if it is
a dog or what. Unfounded.
May 18: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report that Jes-
sie David Sponberg was
arrested by Newberg PD on
warrant. Lodged at Yamhill
County jail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at S First St/SE Wy-
oming Ave, Irrigon that a
red Ford F150 flew past the
high school and darted off
into a field.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
her vehicle was side-swiped
yesterday. RP advised there
was a large old white pickup
parked next to her and they
were parked very close.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE California Ave/S
First St, Irrigon that RP
went through her broth-
er’s phone and put on her
snapchat story goodbye
to everyone. Last contact
about an hour ago.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 206 Condon,
Ione that a blue BMW was
speeding. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a scam phone call.
RP is not going to send the
subjects any money, but
wanted a deputy to be aware
of the scam.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a red Pontiac
Grand Am flew through
towards Tenth.
