County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on SE
Court St, Heppner that
there are three people at her
location with a gun, drinks
and a beverage.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Honda
Pilot ran the stop sign on
Seventh.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Learning
Center on Columbia Ln,
Irrigon from RP that works
for Mid-Columbia bus
company that a student
smelled like marijuana
who goes to the Irrigon
ALT ed school. Individual
was cited for MIP mari-
juana and released to his
guardians.
-MCSO received a re-
port at St Patrick’s senior
center on N Main St, Hep-
pner about a male on the
roof of the building. Indi-
vidual was with an electric
company and was doing
work on the roof.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that there was a
brindle boxer walking to-
wards Tenth and went into
a residence. Unknown if it
was his dog or not. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a gold Honda
Civic looks suspicious
because it turned around in
his driveway and was tres-
passing. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that the white Honda
Pilot he previously report-
ed ran the stop sign again.

report at SE Eighth St/
SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that
she was following a black
Toyota Tacoma on Hwy
730 with subject in it that
was hitting the driver and
making her go all over the
road. MCSO responded,
individuals advised it was
verbal only, no signs of
abuse.
-MCSO received a
report on I 84 of a large
chunk of metal in the road-
way. MCSO responded and
removed the hazard.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a black car is
double parked. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a
report on E East St, Lex-
ington that her mother’s
medication is missing and
was taken sometime today.
85 year old mother doesn’t
know what happened as
she was asleep when they
came up missing.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
that the cable to her trailer
has been cut. RP advised
she hasn’t been there for
the last two weeks so isn’t
sure when it might have
happened.
April 18: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on Co-
lumbia Ave NW, Board-
man that there is a vehicle
behind the residence that
burned down a few years
ago.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Homestead Ln,
Echo that someone went
through their fence and
gate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hinton St/NW Gale
St, Heppner that someone
hit the parking/speed sign
and there are tire tracks
there.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Upper Columbia
Sawmill on Pole Line Rd,
Boardman that they have
been having problems with
people trespassing. Black
four door vehicle was there
earlier this morning pick-
ing mushrooms.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on Pat-
erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that
the manager is complain-
ing that he speeds through
the area all the time and he
has had enough. RP is very
agitated.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Umatilla National
Wildlife Refuge on Riv-
erview Ln, Irrigon that
RP heard two shots com-
ing from the refuge and a
couple deer ran off right
after. Individual had tags
and was ok to hunt turkeys.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Idaho Ln/W Fourth
Rd, Irrigon that a dark grey
Nissan Altima passed him
and was speeding. Advised
the vehicle also ran two
stop signs in the area.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a gold Toyota
Camry ran the stop sign
and spun their tires.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexington
of a male wearing a red
hoodie and beanie cap sit-
ting along the side of the
road smoking a cigarette.
Looks suspicious, does not
recognize him.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a silver Subaru was
swerving all over the road.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port that someone stole
her food stamps card and
took money off of it. Under
investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Thomas Ave,
Irrigon that she found a
2-3 year old male juvenile
looks like he has bruises
all over his body. Notified
DHS.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Third St, Irrigon
that a one year old female
spilled boiling water on
herself. Patient transported
code 3 to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sinclair station on
W Main St, Lexington that
a silver Dodge WA plates
drove off after being asked
to return ad pay for fuel.
-MCSO received a
report at Columbia Riv-
er Ranch on Kunze Ln,
Boardman that female is
feeling suicidal.
April 22: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received a report at Bella
Vista Estates on Paul Smith
Rd, Boardman that he be-
lieves someone is inside his
house. BPD responded, it
was the RP’s mother who
had returned home.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Bermejo, Michael
Gregario was arrested by
OSP/The Dalles on MCCC
warrant. Lodge at NOR-
COR.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Chevy
pickup with WA plates
sped through the area. RP
yelled for them to slow
down and they yelled pro-
fanity.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Jones St,
Heppner that RP would
like a welfare check on her
daughter. RP advised they
have a “safe code” between
them and her daughter used
it via text. Concerned her
daughter is in danger from
her boyfriend.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Shell sta-
tion on N Main St, Heppner
that she has found a wallet.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a black Nissan
Pathfinder was traveling
at a high rate of speed to-
wards Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kunze Ln/Peters
Rd, Boardman that people
are traveling at a high rate
of speed past her residence,
believes they may be mak-
ing a loop.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Tom’s Camp Rd,
Boardman that her 13 year
old son is throwing his
cleats at her and she would
like a deputy to advise
him that is not ok. MCSO
responded and spoke with
juvenile about the conse-
quences of his actions.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Western Route Rd/
Willow Creek Rd, Heppner
that heading in from Pen-
land Lake a couple with
their two kids are stuck in
the snow.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 74, Heppner
that deputy struck a fox
and is transporting it to the
veterinarian in Lexington.
Fox was given a clean bill
of health and released back
to its home.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ave that
they are having a loud
party at Stokes Landing
and he has to work in the
morning, advised this hap-
pened yesterday too.
-MCSO received a re-
port that John Paul Mc-
Cullough was arrested,
cited and released on IJC
warrant.
-MCSO received a re-
port regarding a dog at
large at Boardman Select
Market, Main St S, Board-
man. MCSO and BPD lost
the dog but were able to
tell the owners the general
vicinity it was in.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a blue semi is all over
the road. Referred to other
agency.
April 23: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on Hwy
207 Spray, Heppner that
there are two males and
a female on the property.
RP confronted them when
RP’s dog went at them.
They advised they were
looking for owl droppings.
RP advised that the sub-
jects left with no issue
once confronted however
was concerned that they
seemed to have no issues
regarding trespassing.
-MCSO received a
report on Hwy 74 Lena,
Heppner that in the pasture
below his residence there is
a horse that was put there
over the weekend. Advised
that since then the horse
has not gotten up and it has
been a couple days.
-MCSO received a
report on W Willow St,
Heppner that a 29 year old
male needs EMS. Patient
transported to PMH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a blue car is swerving
back and forth in the lane.

-MCSO received a re-
port on Crooked Rd, Ir-
rigon that her neighbor’s
kids were racing up and
down the road this week-
end. Today are letting their
dogs run loose all around
the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Barratt Blvd,
Heppner that RP has two
dogs at her residence she
would like removed. Ad-
vises they entered through
her dog door.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
of a disabled vehicle with
the hood up. OSP advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Court St, Hep-
pner that his splitting maul,
wood cutting axe and super
splitter have been stolen.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Water St,
Heppner that a female is
walking with luggage on
Water towards Gale. Un-
able to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Anthony Michael
Shroute was cited and re-
leased by Union Co SO on
IJC warrant.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile
Court on E Hwy 730, Irri-
gon that someone flattened
her tires on her Jeep Wran-
gler, took the stems out and
let the air out of the tires.

received a report at Sub
Zero Restaurant on E Hwy
730, Irrigon that a male
assaulted the bartender.
MCSO responded and ar-
rested the subject.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Hwy 730, Irrigon
that RP is trying to leave in
white truck and guy won’t
let her leave, pulling her
back into the truck.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE California Ave/
SE Thirteenth St, Irrigon
that a black cow is on
the street wandering near
Thomas Ave. Unknown
who it might belong to.
MCSO returned the bull to
the owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Robert Guillermo
Leckenby was arrested by
Benton County on MCCC
warrant. Subject lodged at
Benton County jail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Cain Ln, Irrigon
that the neighbor’s German
shepherd is attacking pigs.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile
Court on E Hwy 730, Irri-
gon that the office is on fire.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Hwy 730, Irri-
gon of a rolling domestic,
white Chevy Silverado,
observed driver hit and yell
at the passenger. Unable to
locate.

port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a gray Toyota 4-runner
is all over the road.

report at Columbia Riv-
er Ranch on Kunze Ln,
Boardman that when he
got back from shopping his
garage was vandalized and
there is fishing equipment
missing.

port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that the neighbor’s
child, approximately one
and a half is consistently
wandering into her yard.

port on I 84 e, Boardman
that a newer blue SUV with
Utah plates has tail lights
out and head lights keep
coming off and on ran-
domly. Unable to locate.

Washington Ave, Irrigon
that two large rottweilers
were outside his house and
came and barked at him.

lumbia Ln, Irrigon that
while his girlfriend was
driving through Irrigon
she was being tailed by a
silver SUV.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Main St N/Board-
man Ave NE, Boardman
that the gas attendant at
Sinclair though he heard
gun shots. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Washington
Ave, Irrigon that a male
and female rottweiler went
missing today. Dogs were
found by the owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Wilson Ln, Board-
man that she is missing
her female black and tan
border collie. RP located
the dog.
-MCSO received a
report at Farmland Re-
serves Inc on Pole Line Rd,
Boardman that someone
broke into his trailer and
is missing some items from
inside.
-MCSO received a
report at Sunflower Flat
Rd/Forest Service 21 Rd,
Heppner that there was an
outdoor activity vehicle
that someone tried to push
over and shot two holes
through the door. Referred
to USFS.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a red four door
car is double parked.

port on W Seventh Rd,
Irrigon that RP found a
female golden lab, has a
harness and training collar.

subject in white Ford F250
has possession of alcohol.
RP advised this is an issue
that has been occurring
over the weekend.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Sandy Ct, Board-
man of an older male,
breathing, unknown injury.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a white Ford long
bed pickup flew down Utah
toward Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Fairview Way,
Heppner that there is a cou-
gar in the field across from
RP’s property. ODFW ad-
vised.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 73, Heppner
of a large black object on
the shoulder of the EB side.

Heppner that there is a cow
in the road.

a tri-fold camo wallet was
lost at that location.

back door has been kicked
in. Unknown when.

that license plate tags were

that RP was just in a minor

May 1: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report at AC Houghton,
NE Main Ave, Irrigon that
criminal mischief occurred
over the weekend.
-MCSO received a re-
port at residence on Kunze
Ln, Boardman that a fe-
male is having a mental
breakdown and threatening
to hurt herself and oth-
ers. Kayla Marie Connell
was arrested by MCSO
on MCCC warrants and
lodged at UCJ with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that there is a black Honda
traveling at a high rate of
speed, in and out of traffic
with no turn signal.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell station,
E Hwy 730, Irrigon about
an injured bird. Bird passed
away.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there is a vehicle
double parked.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Brannon Auto Re-
pair on E May St, Heppner
that a customer had their
keys in the vehicle and
sometime during the day
they were stolen out of it.

Irrigon that a dark grey
Nissan Xterra was going
down Utah at a high rate
of speed, ongoing issue.

was found on the side of
the road, trying to locate
owner. Dog owner was
