OHV park, Forest Service
21 Rd, Heppner that three
individuals are riding dirt
bikes in the closed area.
Deputy made contact with
subjects and warned them
from trespassing.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a white furniture semi
driver is falling asleep. Re-
ferred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there is loud music
at a grey house. Made con-
tact with female, advised
of city ordinance about
loud music and she turned
it down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexington
of a silver pickup that was
driving erratically, going
55-75 mph, not maintaining
lane. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Sixth St, Irrigon
that she located hypodermic
needles on the side of the
road. Deputy responded and
needles were disposed of in
Sharps container.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Thirteenth Pl, Ir-
rigon that she let her friend
live in her property and now
she does not want to leave.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a black Mazda
was traveling at a high rate
of speed past his residence.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a black Ford
pickup spun his tires and
ran the stop sign.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Paterson Ferry Rd/I
84 W, Boardman of a possi-
ble wrong way driver.
April 16: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at I 84 W,
Boardman of a disabled ve-
hicle with three males in the
vehicle sleeping. Subjects
advised they have a tow
coming at 0530.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 74, Lexing-
ton of abandoned vehicle.
Checked vehicle and no-
body is around.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paterson Ferry Rd,
Irrigon that around noon
yesterday their company
vehicle was stolen.
-MCSO received a re-
port on N Main St, Heppner
that his brother’s girlfriend
stole some important paper-
work from his residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Market
Fresh on N Main St, Hep-
pner that a juvenile just
tried to steal puppy pads
and she advised him he was
not allowed to come back.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Water St,
Heppner of an abandoned
vehicle. She would like
contact to see who the ve-
hicle belongs to so they can
make contact with them to
get it removed.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that RP is having
a verbal argument with
neighbors.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that his neighbor keeps
blocking the mail boxes and
driveway.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Board-
man that there was a medi-
um-sized black and white
dog that ran across the free-
way to the north. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington that a suspend-
ed driver is driving silver
Dodge pickup heading NB.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a person with
his windows down, music
turned up, went around the
block and then punched it
at the stop sign. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that his dog is missing,
lab/border collie mix.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a black Jeep
Wrangler just went into the
private property area of the
turkey shoots.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Pheasant Ln, Irrigon
that RP is having property
line issues with his neigh-
bors.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a four door long
bed Ford F350 traveled at
a high rate of speed.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Washington Ave/
NE Tenth St, Irrigon that the
stop sign is down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that ODOT sign is saying
the right lane is closed when
it is the left lane.

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
April 10 (cont.): Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon that a
maroon Hyundai Sonata
was speeding down Utah
towards Tenth. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Tenth St, Irrigon
that he has a big black stray
dog in his yard. Dog was
taken to pet rescue.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a 4 door primered
Chevy pickup is going from
Division to Tenth at a high
rate of speed.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Driftwood RV park
on W Kunze Ln, Boardman
that subject is at the park.
Town, James David Mitch-
ell was trespassed from
Driftwood RV Park. Subject
was also served restraining
order.
-MCSO received a
report at Western Route/
Arbuckle Rd, Heppner of
search and rescue. Sub-
jects were located, vehicle
towed by A1 Martin Tow-
ing. MCSO gave females
a courtesy ride to Heppner.
April 11: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on I 84
E, Boardman of an intoxi-
cated man on the shoulder.
MCSO responded and gave
the subject a ride.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a vehicle is all over the
road. Verbal warning for
fail to maintain lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Castle Rock Apart-
ments on Tatone St, Board-
man that brother may be
missing. MCSO had given
the subject a ride home
earlier.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Stacy, Timothy
Page was arrested by HPD
on MCSO warrant. Subject
was lodged at UCJ with bail
of $3,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port that deputy arrested
Diana Hernandez on IJC
warrant at Sinclair station,
Main St N, Boardman.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione that
there is a cattle truck tipped
over. Multiple people and
vehicles around, unknown
injury.
-MCSO received a
report that Piper, Randy
Anderson was arrested by
The Dalles PD on MCSO
warrant. Subject lodged
at NORCOR with bail of
$6,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon High School
on Wyoming Ave, Irrigon
that there are a couple of
students with paraphernalia
on them. Citation issued.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a structure fire at
Midco bus barn on 56 th St/
Mission Rd, Pendleton.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Clarks Canyon Rd/
Hwy 207, Heppner that a
female wrecked.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Boardman Rest Area
Westbound on I 84, Board-
man that there is a white
vehicle at the rest area that
appears to be abandoned.
MCSO made contact with
vehicle owner, they were
traveling to CA and needed
to sleep.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Rd Trailer
park on Wilson Rd SW,
Boardman that there is a
fight between a male and
female. No further infor-
mation given and unable to
locate anyone fighting in
the area.
April 12: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on SW
California Ave, Irrigon that
female stated she needed
EMS, did not state what
happened but mumbled
something. She then said
never mind and hung up.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a grey Hyundai
Senatra went by his house
speeding twice.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Tenth St, Irrigon
that her black lab jumped
the fence. RP called back
and advised her dog re-
turned home.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paterson Ferry Rd,
Irrigon that RP’s foster son
ran off and is now missing.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Dee Cox Rd, Hep-
pner that someone hit her
mailbox at her residence
and then the bus ran over it.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that a 54 year
old male passed out and
vomited. Advised he did
not pass out, but is on the
ground and they can’t get
him up. Patient transported
to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Thirteenth Pl/SE
Thirteenth St, Irrigon that
there has been suspicious
activity in the area recently.
RP advised that the garbage
can for a residence was
taken out and no one should
be there.
-MCSO received a re-
April 13: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on Hwy 730
that she hit a deer and that
nobody is hurt, just wants
to report an accident.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a blue Volvo with white
trailer is in and out of the
lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that there are two steers
penned up at her neighbors,
unknown who they belong
to.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a small red GMC
SUV sped through the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a silver 4 door
4X4 flew by and went down
Tenth St.
-MCSO received a re-
port that RP advised they
are stuck in the snow in the
mountains. RP advised they
came from Ukiah, turned at
the Aspen Interpretive site,
then took the second left.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that group of SUVs driving
in a group at rates of speed
95-100 mph.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a red 4 wheeler
flew down Utah and is now
on California Ave. Advised
they do not have helmets
on. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Wilson Ln, Board-
man that there is a large
skinny dog in her garage.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Rd,
Heppner that there is a cow
in the road.
-MCSO received a
report on W Willow St,
Heppner that her neighbor
threatened her through the
wall while she was hanging
pictures.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that this is the fifth time
a white Honda SUV keeps
running the stop sign on
Seventh.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a semi is driving errat-
ically all over the road.
April 14: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at W Fourth
Rd/California Ln, Irrigon
that a dog is barking in the
area. Deputy made contact
with owner and he put the
dog in the house.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Mill Zone, Hwy 74,
Heppner that a suspicious
vehicle is parked at the ad-
dress. Deputy made contact
with the suspicious vehicle
owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a possible stolen ve-
hicle out of Rufus. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a gas tanker, two silver
tanks, red and white cab, is
all over road and unable to
maintain lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Wilson, Richard
Nicholas was arrested by
Sherman County on war-
rant.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Wyoming Ave,
Irrigon that her neighbors
dogs came over to her house
again today. Advises they
went after her dog. Cook,
Sarah Mae was cited for
dog as a public nuisance.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Rd,
Heppner that a cow is out.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln,
Irrigon that his wife was run
off the road today, would
like deputy to come by and
review tape.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Seventh Rd,
Irrigon that a green Hon-
da is parked outside her
house again tonight. Deputy
made contact with subject
that drove the vehicle and
advised him to move the
vehicle somewhere else.
April 15: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a request on I 84
E, Boardman for assistance
changing a tire. MCSO re-
sponded, unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Oregon Potato on
Columbia Ave NE, Board-
man that a 25 year-old male
Boardman reminds residents
of local candidate filing
The Boardman clerk’s
office reminds residents
that the official candidate
filing period for the Nov.
6, 2018 election is quickly
approaching. The city has
three councilor positions
open for election this year.
Interested parties must
be at least 18 years of age
and reside within the city
limits. They must have also
lived within the city limits
12 months immediately
preceding election day and
registered to vote no less
than 20 days immediately
preceding the election.
Residents who wish
to file for city council can
come to Boardman City
Hall to pick up filing pack-
ets Monday through Friday
from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The
deadline for filing for city
council is 5 p.m., Aug. 28,
2018.
