location on the 25th day of June, 2108 at 7 PM. The
purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message
and to receive public comment on the budget. A copy
of the budget document may be inspected or obtained
on or after June 11, 2018 at Ione City Hall, between the
hours of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the bud-
get committee will take place. Any person may appear

check. DHS was advised
of complaint.

port at I 84 E, Boardman
that a green Chev Suburban
with WA plate was travel-
ing at a high rate of speed.

issued citation for VSL
88/70.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Twelfth St,
Irrigon that there is a little
girl in the house that is cry-
ing and needs help.
-MCSO received a
report on NE Third St,
Irrigon that her neighbors
are singing karaoke very
loudly and she would like
them to stop singing.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Maple Crest Apart-
ments on Wilson Rd SW,
Boardman that there is a
domestic going on upstairs.

port on I 84 W, Boardman
that there is a truck that ap-
pears to be distracted and is
swerving all over the road.

County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on Wilson
Ln, Boardman that some-
one is trying to break into
their house. They already
broke a window and are
trying to open the door.
Jackson, Persephone was
arrested by MCSO for
attempted burglary I and
II and criminal trespass
II. Lodged at UCJ, bail
$61,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that his vehicle will not
start. Referred to OSP.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that female walked
up to him and advised
she came down to get her
daughter but is having
problems with her hus-
band. RP directed her to
the SO.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Eleventh St/SE
Idaho Ave, Irrigon that he
believes there is a possible
DV issue, cannot pinpoint
which house it is coming
from but he can hear a
woman and male yelling.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that silver Chevy ran out
of gas, have one month old
child, the battery stopped
working. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that RP wants to
show video to deputy of
neighbors and their dogs.
Male has just been string at
RP’s house and attempting
to intimidate him.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon High school,
SE Wyoming Ave, Irrigon
of a minor in possession of
alcohol or tobacco. Cita-
tion issues.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Canal Ln, Board-
man that at a ranch the
female has rabbits, guinea
pigs, hamsters, a ferret,
cats and had a horse that
she let die. The female is
letting the animals starve.
-MCSO received a re-
port at South Co Transfer
station on Hwy 74, Lexing-
ton of a break in. Nothing
known taken, looks like
they were in the electron-
ics bin and went into host
shack and got into the
fridge, unplugged every-
thing.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there are dogs in
the area. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Blake Ranch Rd/
Willow Creek Rd, Heppner
that a calf is out at this
location.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that there is a white pit bull
with blood on its face.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that an orange/reddish
Dodge pickup is traveling
by his residence all days
with WA plates playing
loud music. States that the
person has been living in
Oregon for three months
with WA registration. Un-
able to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Water St,
Heppner that there is a goat
at his property eating his
rosebush.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Gale St,
Heppner that he believes
someone was under his
car port as he saw a white
flash. Believes there was
a prowler in the area, but
they are long gone by now.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that she just pulled a
pellet out of her cat’s foot,
believes there is a pellet in
his hip as well. Believes it
was her neighbor.
April 10: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received a report at Bella
Vista Estates on Paul Smith
Rd, Boardman of a 78 year
old female having possible
respiratory failure. Patient
refusal.
-MCSO received a
report at CSS Farms on
Tower Rd, Boardman that
RP wants to talk to a deputy
about wire fraud issue.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Main St Park, Hep-
pner of possible vandalism.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report at Balm Fork Rd/
Willow Creek Rd, Hep-
pner that individuals are
rummaging through the
old city dump. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sub Zero Motel on
S First St, Irrigon that she
has been beat up by her
mother. RP and mother
were separated.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a yellow Geo
Storm just sped down to-
wards Tenth. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a smaller white Nissan
is all over the road and
passing unsafely. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Oasis RV park on W
Hwy 730, Irrigon that his
neighbor abandoned two
cats outside his residence,
one of the cats has passed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a red semi
with a silver trailer going
over 75 mph and is all over
the road. RP advised they
almost hit her a couple of
times. Referred to other
agency.
