states that the male subject

from people at the truck

that there is an all-white
semi truck, blazing truck

males are possibly getting
ready to fight.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Nevada Ave,
Irrigon that a mail box just
got hit as well as his neigh-
bor’s fence in the last 45
minutes.

port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a disabled vehicle, black
Subaru, well off the shoul-
der. They do have help
coming, it is approx. two
hours out.
March 9: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Emert
Rd, Ione that her dog is
missing. Came home and
she was not there. Older
dog named Lou, she usu-
ally doesn’t go anywhere
or run off.

port on W Hwy 730, Irri-
gon that a motor cycle was
repossessed.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a BOLO on a 2002
Chev Tahoe. Owner went
out and turned it on, when
he came back out the ve-
hicle was gone.
-MCSO received a
report on Threemile Rd,
Boardman of employee
theft. Subject has cashed
checks again from last year.
Under investigation.

request for MCSO to make
contact with and perform
a welfare check on his ex-
wife and son. RP doesn’t
know where they moved
to since leaving the Oasis
RV park.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Rhea Creek Rd,
Heppner of a fan with bro-
ken legs. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E May St, Heppner
that someone got one of
her puppies and now the
puppy is not being cared for
properly. She would like to
speak to a deputy regarding
her ability to collect and
rehome the dog to a better
home.

port at Oregon Trail Li-
brary, N Main St, Heppner
that there are four kids
behind the library throwing
rocks.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sub Zero Restaurant
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
there are subjects fighting
and refuse to leave. Subject
was released and trespassed
from Sub Zero.

port on W Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a brown Chevy with
utility bed is a possible
drunk driver. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Sperry St, Hep-
pner that a white low rider
is speeding up and down W

shots were fired. Unable to

side. He is honking his horn
and texting the RP to call
the police. Deputy escorted
the subject to the motel
where the subject will be
staying the night and calm-
ing down.

port on I 84 E, Boardman
that he is a truck driver

a dog howling. RP does not
know who the dog belongs
to, just wants the howling to
stop. Unable to locate.

her up barking and she
thought she heard a noise
