accident. Slid off.

that a black small car simi-
lar to an Acura that travels
south every day around 720
am speeds and wants the
driver contacted and slowed
down.

port on NE Court St, Hep-
pner of a suspended driver
about to be preparing to
drive away from residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office Station 2,
Highway 74, Heppner that
subjects are backing up to
bike container and the con-
tainer is open. HAM radio
operators also store items in
the container.

port on Depot Ln, Irrigon
that horses are in her drive-
way and vehicles are not
able to get through. Horse
owner was contacted and
will put horses back in
pasture.

the driver contacted and
slowed down.

port at Irrigon Shell Station,
E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
a vehicle has been aban-
doned, manager would like
it tagged for tow with the
understanding that he will
be responsible for the cost.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Seventh Rd, Ir-
rigon that grandmother fell
attempting to get into her
wheelchair. Responded and
assisted the female back
into her chair.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a male in a white car
is outside of his vehicle
jumping around. Unable to
locate.

report on W California
Ave, Irrigon that someone
backed over a fire hydrant
in his yard. Advised that
there are tracks coming
into the hydrant but it is not
leaking water.

gon that a blue gray BMW
is jetting through the area
again. Subject lives in a
trailer park off Riverview.

of a dead cat in the road.

two vehicle MVS in front of
the Shell. Citation issued to

for careless driving.

males yelling at each other
about shooting vehicles.

pner that someone has been
in his shop, the back door
was kicked in and he hasn’t
touched anything but has
walked around and looked.

rigon that a GMC pickup
dark gray flew down the
road. Unable to locate.

that there is a black bull out.

has taken her kids from his
parents house and he is only
supposed to be around them
during supervised visits.

gray was stolen.

man that there was a dog at
her husband’s work, Lamb
Weston, last night. They
picked it up and it is at their
house now. Medium sized
white dog, male, a little
brown on his face.

Heppner that she found
her 13 year old son with
marijuana.

port on W Oregon Ln, Ir-
rigon that daughter stole
a 357 firearm and left the
house, family heard a shot.
Jeanita Marie Littleboy
was arrested by MCSO for
assaulting a public safety
officer. Lodged in UCJ with
bail of $5,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port that RP is in Condon
and an individual in a 2007
white Dodge pickup urinat-
ed on the side of his wife’s
car. Advised there are four
subjects in the vehicle,
knows who it belongs to
and individual was heading
back to Heppner. Referred
to other agency.

port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Echo of a non-injury MVS,
one vehicle young female
driver, non-blocking. RP
advised their pickup was
hit.
December 18: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on SE Sev-
enth St, Irrigon that parents
are fighting, not physical at
the moment, dad can get
aggressive.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Center St, Hep-
pner that neighbor’s dogs
have been barking for about
an hour. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Third St, Ir-
rigon that a black small
car similar to an Acura
that travels south on Third
from Washington to Hwy
730 everyday around 720
am speeds and wants the
driver contacted and slowed
down.

port at SE Seventh St, Ir-
rigon that husband is drink-
ing and driving, assaulted
his wife this morning. Sub-
ject may have a hand gun.

Goods, N Main St, Hep-
pner that three males with
hammers are hitting the
building.

port on Bunker Hill Ln,
Heppner that female was
feeling suicidal.

port on Summit Ln, Board-
man that he is tire of the
dog running loose in the
area and it has killed his
neighbor’s pit bull mix
awhile back. Jorge Abram
Garcia Hernandez was is-
sued citation for dog as a
public nuisance.

port at Irrigon Marina on
NE Seventh St, Irrigon that
there is a black lab run-
ning around with no collar
headed toward the grade
school from the RV park.

Hager St, Heppner of a
deceased deer hung up on
the fence. Referred to other
agency.

Irrigon that a white Ford
Ranger followed RP home
and is parked across the
street from her house. Un-
able to locate.

August St, Heppner that
3-4 juveniles are running
in front of cars passing by.
MCSO talked to juveniles
and the mother.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln,
Irrigon that a Dodge pickup
with a white canopy flew
down the road at a high rate
of speed with a flat tire.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Brace Rd, Irrigon
that someone just stole a
red ford pickup with a white
canopy out of his yard.

port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Chevy
Cavalier sped down Utah
towards Division.

port at Brace Rd, Irrigon
that RP believes someone
is in his back yard, dog is
barking. Unable to locate.

Irrigon that she would like
her boyfriend escorted off
her property. They have
both been drinking and she
would like him escorted to
his mothers house across
the street.

received a request on SE

have her boyfriend escorted

port at SE Seventh St/SE
Idaho Ave, Irrigon that RP
was heading to work on
a house and he believes
someone is inside. Door is
locked from the inside. No-
body should be there, there
are a lot of tools inside.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Third St, Ir-
rigon that a black small
car similar to an Acura
that travels south on Third
from Washington to Hwy
730 everyday around 720

report at W Fourth Rd/
Columbia Ln, Irrigon that
there is a red Ford F-150
with a whit canopy near
the location next to the
substation. RP saw on Face-
book that a similar vehicle
was stolen out of Umatilla
County. Deputy responded,
vehicle not stolen.

port at Heppner Market
Fresh on N Main St, Hep-
pner that a male fell and
is bleeding from the head.
Patient transported to PMH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Rd/
Black Mountain Ln, Hep-
pner that there is a small
rock slide with rocks in the
Heppner bound lane. MC
Public Works was advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Fourth St, Ir-
rigon that former tenants
that were just evicted are
going back to the property
to retrieve their chickens.
They have until 1800 to
gather them and be off the
property. RP was told by
responding deputy from
earlier when the subjects
were evicted to call in and
advise when the previous
tenants were going to show
up.

Fresh on N Main St, Hep-
pner that subject is harass-
ing him while he is work-
ing. Just verbal at this time.
Subject is inside at this time
and RP is outside.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
tat a blue or black VW Jetta,
male driver is on his phone
and was swerving and al-
most hit a Ryder truck.
Truck had to swerve and
almost hit RP. Vehicle is
going very fast, male driver
has tattoos all over his arms.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Fourth St, Ir-
rigon that RP found a key
fob.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione re-
questing a welfare check
on her brother. She has
not been able to reach him
since summer. Concerned
because he has health issues
and his wife is controlling.
Deputy responded, every-
thing OK at residence and
RP was able to make con-
tact with her brother.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington that there is a
green pickup pulled over
flashing brake lights like
they need assistance.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Seventh ST,
Irrigon that a guy followed
her son and threatened him.
Under investigation.

port on SE Court St, Hep-
pner requesting a check on
his neighbor. Afraid the
neighbor hurt themselves.
Deputy responded and visu-
alized the neighbor walking
outside feeding her cats.

that a white Dodge was
driving aggressively and
passed too close and cut in
front of him The vehicle
continued WB through Ir-
rigon. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon of
subjects fighting. Deputy
responded, verbal only.
Subjects were separated.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon of a juvenile complaint.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that a full tire and tire de-
bris is in the Lexington
bound lane. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port of harassment at Ione
School, Spring St, Ione.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Park Pl, Irrigon
that she is being harassed
by someone that she has
never met. Subject has been
sending her harassing and
threatening messages since
the beginning of December.
RP was advised to block
anyone who sends her un-
wanted messages.
