RE: Blue Mountain Cen-
tury Scenic Bikeway An-
nual Ride
What an amazing
event!
I have done quite a few
organized rides and can tell
you that your ride was just
outstanding. The Gold Star.
Specifically I walked away
thinking that Heppner has
to be the friendliest place
on the planet, everyone was
so nice to us. A few details
that I really loved:
-The signs that wel-
comed us to stores.
-The dinner with the
slideshow. (best ribs ever!)
-Showers after the ride
for the folks who went back
to Heppner
-Ability to ride from
one town to another.
-Route was super fun
and had a lot of variety and
animals.
-Impressive that Sheryll
knew everyone. And she
was never tired of answer-
ing questions.
-Welcome package.
-Massages, Arrange-
ments for Specialty Coffee
--- very smart to help people
spend money and get ser-
vices that they want.
-Having a football
game (or other town event)
tied to the Friday night.
-Ability of Sheryll to
look out for us while we
were figuring out the lo-
gistics.

including seeds. Since they have gone to seed it’s too late
to spray. Look for new plants from June-September next
year and control them. For questions call the district at
541-676-5452.
