Hannah Wasley to wed
Hannah Wasley and Bryce Doherty to exchange wedding vows.

Bryce Doherty and Hannah Wasley are excited to
announce their autumn wedding Sept. 9.
Bryce is the son of Jim and Kelly Doherty of Board-
man. He is a graduate of Eastern Oregon University and
is the owner operator of O’Doherty Outfitters. Hannah is
the daughter of Tom and Jane Wasley of Ferndale, WA.
She is a graduate of Washington State University and is
employed with Genex as its territory sales manager.
The couple intend to build their home and future in
Boardman.
Notary seminar
Sept. 19
The Secretary of State, Corporation Division will
be holding a free Notary Public seminar Sept. 19 from
9 a.m. to noon at the Heppner City Hall. This seminar
is for those interested in becoming a notary, renewing
notaries and current notaries. Notary laws and rules will
be covered and questions will be answered. The law
requires interested parties to take a class prior to being
commissioned as a notary.

on fire in the eastbound lane
of I-84.

from a female in Boardman
advising she needs to speak
to a deputy as she is having
a hard time breathing and
needs help finding some
papers. She was transported
to GSH.
-MCSO received of a
controlled burn by Heppner
Fire at SE Cowins St and
Alfalfa St.
-MCSO officer initi-
ated activity at High Banks,
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
regarding occupants in the
back of a pickup. Advised
they are not allowed to
camp there.
-MCSO report of suspi-
cious activity on Highway
74, Ione near mile marker
30. White pickup parked at
the end of a driveway and
asked for a deputy to check
it out.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a cow out in the
yard on Depot Ln, Irrigon.
Subjects afraid to get out of
the car as the cow is coming
at the vehicle.

ity regarding a dog harass-
ing people who are walking
on Depot Ln., Irrigon.

complaint of a black lab
cross at the fish hatchery on
Riverview Ln. Unsure who
it belongs to, but is super
friendly.

trying to catch it at High-
way 730 and E 13 th St,
Irrigon.
-MCSO received an
animal complaint of a black
lab and tan brown dog on
SE Hager St. Heppner.
-MCSO received a
report of a missing per-
son on Mount Everest St.,
Boardman. Nine-year old
missing, located next door
visiting the neighbors.
-MCSO received a
complaint from an individ-
ual on N. D St. in Lexing-
ton. Dogs barking non-stop
and is an ongoing issue.
-MCSO received a re-
port of poachers on High-
way 206 Condon, Heppner.
Referred to another agency.
-MCSO initiated civil
attempt at Coyote Ln., Hep-
pner.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a theft on Elk Trail
Ln., Heppner. Subject came
to the residence and took a
.22 rifle from the residence.
Owner witnessed it, con-
fronted the subject and got
his gun back.
-Subject came to
MCSO to report identity
theft.
-MCSO received a re-
port of drug paraphernalia
at a residence on Paterson
Ferry Rd., Irrigon. Believes
it belongs to foster kids.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a lost wallet at the
Heppner gas station. Person
believes she left it on top of
a gas pump.
-MCSO responded to
an agency assist on SE
Kristen Dr., Irrigon.
-MCSO responded to a
report of suspicious activity
at Fuller Canyon Ln and
Bunker Hill Ln., Heppner.
States there is a big plastic
container in her shop that
she is concerned about. No
one there knows where it
came from. Discovered it
was mint inside the con-
tainer.
-MCSO received a re-
port that a meter box on
Highway 207, Heppner is
overflowing with water.
Referred to city of Heppner.
-MCSO received a
complaint of harassment
on S First St., Irrigon. Sub-
ject is having issues with
his neighbors and a young
man drove by shouting out
names.
-MCSO received a re-
port of shots fired and three
young males walking near
her residence on SE Third
St., Irrigon. Two males
were working on a pickup
that backfired.
-MCSO initiated ac-
tivity at W Eight Rd and
Columbia Ln., Irrigon for
a warrant for DWS and
failure to maintain lane. An-
other subject was arrested
and lodged at UCJ, no bail.
August 30: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
sponded to a call for EMS at
Cascade Specialties on Rail
Loop, Boardman. Subject
possibly had a heart attack.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a motor vehicle ac-
cident involving a car and a
semi at the Boardman rest
area on I-84. Car is in the
median, truck pulled into
its lane. Patient transported
to GSH.
-MCSO responded to a
fire call at Highway 730 and
Seventh, Irrigon. Combine
on fire in front of the Shell.
-MCSO responded to
a complaint of someone
leaving a bike out in front
of a house on SE Matlock
St., Heppner.
-MCSO responded to
a dog complaint at NE Or-
egon Ave and NE Fourth St,
Irrigon. Deputy transported
one dog to Pet Rescue and
warned another dog owner
to keep dog on their prop-
erty.
-MCSO responded to
a traffic hazard of a vehicle
blocking the street on N
Main St., Heppner.
-MCSO Warrant ar-
rest by UCSO on MCCC
warrants for FTA/resisting
arrest X2, attempt to com-
mit class C-unclassified
felony, FTA/giving false
info, resisting arrest and
operating a vehicle w/o

had mouth surgery and was
going to need an ambulance
to take her to the hospital,
but now had a friend tak-
ing her.

two search and rescues.

theft complaint on Highway
74, Ione. Subject received a
letter from a probate lawyer.
All items in the house were
stolen, including what was
left to her.

his mom locked dad in the
bathroom. Screaming was
heard.
