DA’s Report Morrow County Dis- trict Attorney Justin Nelson has released the following report: -Richard Keith Fisler, 36, was convicted of Un- authorized Use of a Vehicle, a Class C Felony, and was sentenced to 60 days’ jail time with credit for time served. The defendant was also sentenced to one year post-prison supervision. An additional count of Fail- ure to perform Duties of a Driver – Property Damage was dismissed. Fines to- taled $200. -Kayle Marie Connel, 25, was convicted of Un- authorized Use of a Vehicle, a Class C Felony, and was sentenced to 18 months su- pervised probation, subject to 90 sanction units with 30 jail units, to include substance abuse evalua- tion, mental health evalu- ation and risk and needs assessment. Restitution to the victim is to be left open for 90 days. If probation is revoked defendant will be sentenced to 18 months’ prison time. Connel was additionally convicted of Reckless Driving, a Class A Misdemeanor. The de- fendant’s driver’s license was suspended for 30 days. In addition, Connel was convicted of Recklessly En- dangering Another Person, a Class A Misdemeanor. Additional counts of As- sault III, Criminal Mischief I and Criminal Mischief II were dismissed. Fines, fees and restitution totaled $689. - J o s h u a Wi l l i a m Strong, 22, was convicted of one count of Harassment, a Class B Misdemeanor.
