A public meeting of the
Common Council of the
City of Heppner, Morrow
County, Oregon, to adopt
an ordinance will be held
May 8, 2017 at 7:00 pm,
at Heppner City Hall, 111
N. Main Street, Heppner,
Oregon.
On Monday, May 8, 2017,
at 7:00 pm, at Heppner City
Hall, 111 N. Main Street,
Heppner, Oregon, the Hep-
pner Common Council will
hold a public hearing on
the adoption of Ordinance
Number 579-17, an ordi-
nance amending the Code
Section 1-4-1-5 adopting
a new fee schedule for
ordinance infractions for
the City and declaring an
emergency. Copies of the
ordinance are available at
City Hall for public exami-
nation between the hours
of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday.
This is a public meeting
where deliberation of the
Common Council will take
place. Any person may ap-
