pner area advised she was
staying in a trailer at a
location and the trailer be-
longed to a male subject,
who was kicking her out.
She advised the male was
kicking her out and said
she needed to leave that
night. She wanted to talk
to a deputy about her rights.
She advised the male was
there at the time, nothing
violent. MCSO responded
and determined it was a
civil issue.
-Boardman fire, Board-
man ambulance, Boardman
PD and MCSO responded
to a report of a car versus
semi motor vehicle accident
on I-84, with debris all over.
-A person in Irrigon
called in a driving com-
plaint, as well as the “lack
of police action on crimi-
nals in the area.”
-A male reported being
involved in a motor vehicle
accident on hwy. 207 Echo-
Lexington. He advised the
vehicle flipped on its side
and then went back on its
wheels. Four people were in
the vehicle and no one was
complaining of injuries.
-MCSO received re-
ports regarding various
other motor vehicle acci-
dents in the area.
-MCSO received an
anonymous report that there
was someone en route to
Lexington and Heppner to
sell/deliver meth.
-An individual in
Boardman requested phone
contact to report the fraudu-
lent use of an EBT card.
-MCSO was advised
that a female in Heppner
went to a residence and
started drinking and then
went back and punched the
daughter.
-MCSO was advised
that the same female’s dogs
were in the street, stopping
traffic.
December 6: -Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a call from an out-
of-breath Hispanic male re-
questing police assistance.
Nicolas Lopez Juarez was
arrested and released on
two charges of Assault IV.
-Sarah Mae Cook,
37, was cited under ORS
339.990 and ORS 153.990
to appear at Irrigon Justice
Court.
-A male advised MCSO
that he was the passenger in
a vehicle that was on its side
at Cutsforth Corner. Hep-
pner ambulance, Heppner
fire, Ione fire, MCSO and
ODOT responded.
-MCSO received a re-
quest for a welfare check on
a female in Heppner. They
shut off her water 60 days
ago and no one had seen her
around but her vehicle was
still at the location.
-MCSO received report
of a 17-year-old in Irrigon
bitten by a dog. No medical
attention was needed, but a
male was with the juvenile
available for contact.
-Union Pacific Rail-
road advised MCSO that
a pickup ran through the
crossing at Paterson Ferry
before the train and hit the
north crossing arm. They
advised the vehicle should
have front end damage.
-MCSO was advised
that a female in Irrigon
wanted the sheriff’s office
to go arrest her; the caller
reported the female was
extremely intoxicated. Sub-
ject was given a courtesy
ride to Umatilla County
Jail.
