Published: January 25, 2017 -Continued from PAGE FIVE warrant for Failure to Ap- pear on Criminal Trespass II. -A caller in Boardman advised there were people yelling in his front yard. He advised he could hear someone yelling, “Let go of the knife.” BPD and MCSO responded. November 3: -A sub- ject in Boardman advised she was going grocery shopping and was told to call the police department every time they were going to leave the house for a little while. A card with the 24- hour dispatch number was left on the subject’s door. -Boardman PD re- sponded to an intoxicated subject refusing to leave Boardman Select Market. -A Boardman Police officer issued a warning for a boat parked in front of a fire hydrant. -The front desk clerk at Rodeway Inn in Board- man advised a person in the hotel reported there was a guy tripping and act- ing crazy and saying thing like there was a bomb and telling them not to go into their room because there was someone in there al- ready. Boardman PD and Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded. The sub- ject returned to his room and would be going to bed. There was no bomb. -Morrow County pa- role and probation arrested Cynthia Ann Brown, 28, on a sanction. -MCSO was advised that a female was staying at Sub Zero Motel in Irrigon and when she left she took the flat screen TV. November 4: -Emer- gency dispatch received a call for a possible ambu- lance for an infant in Board- man. Boardman ambulance, Boardman PD and Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office responded and transported the infant to Good Shepherd Hospital. -Boardman ambulance responded to a call regard- ing a female in nausea for a few days—no appetite, back pain, stomach pain, legs hurt. Patient was trans- ported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -A caller requested a log note that someone was trying to reach him from an 800 number and the mes- sage said it was Morrow County. -A male in Heppner reported that a female came to his residence and advised she had someone trapped in the attic; a subject report- edly tried to break in and was now trapped. A deputy responded and there was no one in the attic. The call was determined to be unfounded. -A female in Heppner advised MCSO that she has a restraining order, and the respondent had driven by her house three times in the last 10 minutes. -MCSO received report of kids trying to break into a house in Heppner. -MCSO received report of a three-year-old walking around naked by the tennis courts in Heppner, with his nine-year-old brother who was fully clothed. MCSO responded and walked the juveniles home. -Umatilla County ad- vised they cited and re- leased Philip Andrew Wil- liams on an MCSO warrant for Failure to Appear on Driving While Suspended, Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Mischief III. -A female in Irrigon advised someone may pos- sibly be shutting off her power to physically assault her. She advised she lived in an add-on to a single-wide trailer, in a tip out. The main house lights were on but the female’s lights were off. MCSO responded, but the female did not want anything done at that time. November 5: -Heppner ambulance responded to a call regarding an elderly female in the Heppner area who was throwing up and crying in pain. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. -Morrow County Sher- iff’s Office received a re- quest for a welfare check on a female in Irrigon. The female had advised the male ripped her hair out. The caller advised the male and female had been at Ir- rigon Shell and left, and the caller then received a text that they were fighting. -MCSO was advised of a missing rear license plate in Irrigon. Subjects did not know how long it had been missing. -MCSO was advised of a black pig running around in the road in Lexington. The pig was a pet pig named Puddles; it was returned to its owners. November 6: -A per- son in Heppner advised her neighbor had a kitchen fire and now there was smoke coming from the roof. Heppner fire and Heppner ambulance responded and located a fire in the attic. -MCSO was advised that there was a subject at the Irrigon Shell trying to light it on fire and they had a knife. MCSO, Boardman PD and Irrigon ambulance responded. Irrigon fire was cancelled before respond- ing. -MCSO was advised that seven drunk people at Love’s Travel Stop, Board- man, were throwing up and possibly drinking and driving. MCSO and Board- man PD responded and the subjects who were asked to leave, left. -MCSO received report of a semi-truck driver out of his vehicle on I-84 west- bound, Boardman, standing on the inside lane facing the road and urinating. MCSO responded and was unable to locate. -Irrigon ambulance re- sponded to a call regarding Bank of Eastern Oregon’s Saturday, February 4, 2017 Heppner High School a 30-year-old female who was conscious and breath- ing but couldn’t feel her legs. Irrigon ambulance transported the patient to Good Shepherd Hospital; MCSO responded and took a report. -The OHV deputy ad- vised of a poached cow at the Morrow County OHV Park. Oregon State Police was advised. November 10: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Office received report of a care broken into that morning, unknown if anything was taken. The caller advised there were items lying in the road. She advised the suspect was no longer on the scene but she would be on the scene for contact. -MCSO received report of the theft of a kitchen stove and refrigerator from a foreclosed property in Boardman. -MCSO was advised of a male subject in Boardman who was walking toward the post office, saying he wanted to jump into traf- fic. The caller advised they work in the ER and were talking to the subject. -A male requested a welfare check on his daugh- ter in Irrigon. He advised his daughter didn’t go to school today and he had contact with her yesterday, which led him to believe his daughter may have been assaulted by her boyfriend yesterday. His daughter was 17 and the boyfriend 22. He requested phone contact to be advised of his options. -A male in Irrigon ad- vised he had some cof- fee cards and older food (Doritos) taken out of his car. He advised nothing of value had been taken and he did not want contact, just wanted an extra patrol in the area. November 11: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- fice and Boardman fire department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Bombing Range Road. The reporting person advised the accident was blocking the road, it was very foggy out, and the subjects were out of the vehicle. The accident was non-injury and Irrigon ambulance was cancelled before arriving. -Emergency dispatch received a call from a fe- male who said a tire fell off the truck and her husband was having an asthma at- tack. It was determined the call was not in Mor- row County and the call was transferred to Frontier Dispatch. -MCSO investigated a possible abandoned vehicle in Boardman. There was no ignition and the window was open. -MCSO was advised of a vehicle repossession in- side the Heppner city limits. -MCSO was advised of a suspicious vehicle in the pool parking lot in Heppner. A male and female rifled through the vehicle and left on foot. The subjects were contacted and were advised to move the vehicle or it would be tagged for tow. -MCSO received report of a suspicious vehicle near the fire department in Heppner. A male was lying across the seat, then took off walking; he looked high on something. MCSO responded. -MCSO received report of a burglary in Irrigon. A male advised the house was still closed up and the shed door was open. Stuff in the kitchen was messed up. $2500 was missing. He advised he left right before noon and got home around 4 p.m. the male also advised he didn’t think anyone was in the house, he already checked. MCSO responded. -A male at the Board- man Sinclair station ad- vised that cars were follow- ing him from California, unknown who they are. He advised he was outside in his car, they are surround- ing his car. -Dispatch contacted an open 911 call that plotted to Irrigon. A female an- swered, then dispatch heard what sounded like females yelling and screaming in the background, saying, “Go ahead and take her.” The female advised the mom won’t take her over to grandma’s house. November 12: -A fe- male in Heppner advised that her daughter came and took her grandkids from her house. The female advised that the daughter is not sup- posed to have the kids per DHS. The reporting female advised she believed her daughter was high on some- thing. MCSO responded and advised the mother of the situation. -A male in Irrigon ad- vised his ex-wife broke the windows and mirrors of his and his girlfriend’s vehicles. -A male in Irrigon re- ported that he was trying to get his wife out of the house. His wife kept ac- cusing him of cheating. The male was on the front porch, the wife was in the house. Everyone had been drinking but there were no weapons.
