received a call from an
individual who was con-
cerned for a friend who was
driving to Ione and didn’t
arrive. The caller advised
his friend told him he was
tired at 12:31 a.m. and he
hadn’t heard from him for
nearly eight hours. The
caller later called back and
advised his friend was fine;
he had never left Irrigon and
had gone to a friend’s house
to sleep.

October 16: -Board-
man fire, Irrigon fire, Board-
man PD, Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office, Umatilla
Electric and the Red Cross
responded to a double wide
on fire in Boardman.
-MCSO assisted Uma-
tilla PD with a traffic stop
with multiple aggressive
subjects.
-MCSO was advised
that there was a deceased
animal in the northbound
lane of Hwy. 74 in the mill
zone, along with chunks of
black 4x4 posts. A deputy
responded but was unable
to locate.
-MCSO and Boardman
PD responded to a com-
mercial burglary alarm in
Boardman. Officers found
an unlocked door but noth-
ing appeared disturbed.
-MCSO was advised by
a female in Irrigon that she
was being followed. She
advised she was currently
at the Irrigon Shell parked
in front of the laundry part
and the other vehicle was
next to her; she did not
know who it was. MCSO
responded.
-MCSO was advised of
a possible suicidal subject
in Gilliam County. Frontier
dispatch was advised.
-A subject in Irrigon
advised MCSO that he was
in a civil dispute with his
wife; he advised it would
be loud and may get called
in, and he wanted law en-
forcement advised so they
did not respond. A deputy
made phone contact with
both subjects.
