pner Nov. 28, comes here from Moxee, WA. He brings with

Reception planned
for Tallman, Rea
A farewell reception is planned for retiring Morrow
County Judge Terry Tallman and Morrow County Com-
missioner Leann Rea next Friday, Dec. 16, from 2-4 p.m.
at the Bartholomew Building in Heppner.
The reception will be held in the building’s upper
conference room, and refreshments will be provided.
The public is invited to attend and visit with the outgo-
ing commissioners, who will both leave office at the end
of the month.
