The program was pre- sented by the University of Oregon’s Museum of Natu- ral and Cultural History, and was sponsored by the Ione Library District and LEO (Libraries of Eastern Oregon). The Ione Topic Club provided snacks. The reading program is Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Ione library. The main contribution is the print- ing and providing of Morrow County Rodeo programs that the Lions Club sells each year. Of the sentence of 180 days jail time, 150 days were sus- pended and the defendant sentenced to 24 months bench probation, to include 20 hours of community service. Fines, fees and assessments totaled $100. -Heather Payne, 40, additionally was convicted of Failure to Appear II, a Class A Misdemeanor.
