of Fort Dalles this fall.
At the meeting the
group also will discuss the
progress of the 2016 Mor-

Shannon Hill and Doris
Brosnan will lead the dis-
cussion. The group says it

the end of the years,” says
historical society president
Dave DeMayo.
Finally, the group will

Sweek offers experience,
smooth transition in
time of change
To the Editor:
What a perfect opportunity Greg Sweek offers for
a smooth transition into Morrow County’s restructured
form of government. Greg’s years of experience enable
him to understand the responsibilities and obligations of
the county commission, the intricacies in dealing with
local, state, federal, and Native American agencies, the
challenges involved in budgeting, property values, and
taxes, the importance of industries in the county, and
the economic challenges faced by the Morrow County
citizens. Greg would bring his experience, knowledge,
and calm demeanor to service as Morrow County Com-
missioner.
