Sheriff's Report
December 18 (cont.):
-MCSO deputy reported
he was out with a motor
vehicle accident on High-
way 730, Irrigon. MCSO
dispatched a tow.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity at a
plant in Boardman with
construction on Tower Rd.
near the co-gen plant. The
caller advised that the con-
tract with the construction
contractors had expired, but
they refused to leave.
-MCSO officer initi-
ated activity at the Irrigon
Mobile Court. The deputy
had a subject detained at the
court. MCSO arrested Wal-
ter Eugene Rourke, 53, on
a Benton County warrant.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail.
-MCSO received report
from a woman on Sky View
Dr. in Boardman that her
debit card had been taken
from her residence within
the last few days.
-MCSO received report
that the caller had two-three
cords of irewood stacked
up behind his shop on Hwy.
74-Lena and someone took
it. He advised he posted
about it on Facebook and
found out who took it.
-MCSO received report
of a motor vehicle accident
on Main Ave. in Irrigon
with one vehicle hitting a
tree. Irrigon Ambulance,
Irrigon Fire Department,
MCSO and Boardman Po-
lice Department responded.
Irrigon Ambulance trans-
ported two individuals to
Good Shepherd Hospital.
MCSO cited and released
Anthony Charles Marrietta,
30, for Recklessly Endan-
gering Another.
-MCSO attempted to
serve a warrant on Can-
non St. in Heppner. MCSO
arrested Melody Lorraine
Coake, 52. She was lodged
at Umatilla County Jail with
$20,000 bail.
-MCSO, Heppner Am-
bulance received report of
an extremely intoxicated
female on the caller’s front
porch for the last 20 min-
utes on Chase St. in Hep-
pner. The caller said the
woman’s friends found her
in the snow the previous
night on Chase St. and she
did not want the woman to
die. MCSO and Heppner
Ambulance responded, but
the patient refused trans-
port.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Division
St. in Irrigon that he was
assaulted by an individual
who was not leaving. The
caller said the subject just
came in and started hit-
ting him. Boardman Police
Department and MCSO
responded.
-Boardman Ambulance
received report of an over-
dose on Faler Rd. in Board-
man. Boardman Ambulance
and Boardman Police De-
partment responded. The
female subject was trans-
ported to Good Shepherd
Hospital in Hermiston.
-Boardman Fire De-
partment, Irrigon Ambu-
lance received report of a
single vehicle slide off on
I-84 Boardman, possibly a
green Chevy pickup.
-Heppner Fire Depart-
ment received report of
suspicious activity at the
Heppner Post Ofice with a
propane truck between the
city shops and the nearby
apartments.
December 20: -A male
out of Lexington reported to
Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office that his wife was
“lipping out” and that she
punched him and knocked
his tooth out. Allison Eliza-
beth Ferguison, 34, was
arrested for Domestic Vio-
lence Harassment.
-A person in Irrigon
reported that a male sub-
ject was walking down
Hwy. 730 and looked either
elderly or possibly intoxi-
cated; subject was walking
unstable and was slumped
over. A deputy responded
but was unable to locate.
-MCSO responded to a
request for assistance. Fron-
tier was transporting two
transients from Arlington to
Hermiston and just realized
there was a protection order
in place for the two of them.
They requested help as they
sorted the situation out.
December 21: -MCSO
received report of a small
SUV on the side of the road
on I-84 Boardman with a
male trying to lag people
down.
-MCSO received report
of a brindle Chihuahua mix
wearing a pink sweater
with white polka dots and
a red collar lost on I-84 in
Boardman during a motor
vehicle accident. The dog
was micro-chipped and
has a phone number of its
owner. MCSO was unable
to locate the dog.
-MCSO received report
of a male subject in Levis,
a red shirt and leather coat
with a broken down pickup
on the side of the road on
I-84. The caller was worried
he was not prepared for the
current weather conditions.
-MCSO received report
of a female going to the
caller’s residence and try-
ing to sell her items that she
believed were stolen.
-MCSO received re-
port of a trafic hazard on
Willow St. in Heppner. A
deputy advised he was out
removing cones from the
shamrock on Main St.
-MCSO arrested David
Shane Molina, 37, on a
Heppner Justice Court war-
rant for Violation of Condi-
tion of Release Agreement/
Probation Violation. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $6,000 bail.
-MCSO received report
from a caller on Third St.
in Irrigon that two subjects
with flashlights were in
her father’s backyard. She
said the subjects took off
through the alley about
15 minutes earlier. MCSO
responded but was unable
to locate anyone.
-Boardman Ambulance
received report of a 49-year-
old female who was sick
and dehydrated. Board-
man Police Department
and Boardman Ambulance
responded and transported
her to Good Shepherd Hos-
pital in Hermiston.
-Heppner Fire Depart-
ment received report from
a subject on Hwy. 74-Lena
that her neighbor was burn-
ing with high winds blow-
ing. She was worried it
would start a fire on her
property where her animals
were. Heppner Fire Depart-
ment responded and made
contact with the individuals
burning, who advised HFD
that they did not have juris-
diction over ag burns. The
caller was advised.
