December 9 (cont.):
-MCSO received report of
a motor vehicle accident in
front of Murray’s Drug in
Heppner.
-MCSO received re-
port of a ire near a pro-
pane tank at Anson Wright
Park on Hwy. 207, Spray.
The call was referred to an-
other agency.
-MCSO received re-
port from a woman in
Heppner that her ex-boy-
friend took the trailer that
they were both living in
while she was in jail and
then moved it from Ben-
ton County to Boardman.
She said her name was the
only name on the title and
she wanted to get it back.
She said she was current-
ly visiting he mother in
Hermiston, but resides in
Reedsport and would like
contact with the deputy
while she was there.
-MCSO received re-
port of a domestic distur-
bance on Summit Lane in
Boardman. The caller said
her boyfriend beat her up.
-MCSO arrested Alex
Marvin Pourier, 51, on a
Umatilla Police Depart-
ment warrant for Failure to
Appear II. He was lodged
at Umatilla County Jail
with $500 bail, but no re-
lease.
-MCSO oficer ad-
vised of an unknown ve-
hicle parked on Gale St. in
Heppner. The vehicle was
under investigation.
-MCSO received re-
port from a subject on
Fourth Rd. in Irrigon that
he has a picture of the dog
that chases him all the time
and would like to speak to
a deputy about the dog.
-MCSO received re-
port that an 86-year-old
had fallen and was injured
on Rippee Rd., Boardman.
-MCSO received re-
port from a woman that
she hit a deer on the rail-
road tracks on Tower Rd.
and it went across the road
and lay down. She wasn’t
sure if it was still alive,
but requested a deputy to
respond and put it down if
it was injured but not dead.
MCSO was unable to lo-
cate the deer.
-Boardman
Ambu-
lance and Boardman Po-
lice Department responded
to a report from a 58-year-
old woman on Anderson
Circle, Boardman that she
had fallen and was stuck
between her bed and her
dresser and scraped her
foot. She refused transport.
-Boardman
Ambu-
lance responded to a report
of an 86-year-old woman
on Rippee Rd., Boardman,
who had fallen and was in-
jured. She was transported.
-MCSO,
Boardman
Fire Department received
report of a water low
alarm at Paciic Ethanol. It
was a false alarm.

County Sheriff ’s Office
received report that Ada
County Sheriff ’s Office
arrested Ryan Jay Ellis,
51, on a MCSO warrant
for Failure to Appear/
Felon in Possession of a
Weapon and Possession
of a Controlled Substance/
Methamphetamine. He
was lodged and held for
transport with $25,000 bail.
-MCSO received request
from Community
Counseling Services for a
welfare check on a suicidal
subject on Hwy. 74, Ione.
CCS reported that they had
been unable to contact him.
MCSO made contact with
him and reported him ine,
with no suicidal thoughts.
-MCSO received report of
a burglar alarm on Oregon
Lane in Irrigon. It was a
false alarm.
-MCSO received request
for warrant service from
Umatilla County Sheriff’s
Ofice on a subject believed
to be living on Paterson
Ferry Rd., Irrigon. MCSO
searched the trailer with
consent with the individual
living there and was unable
to locate the subject.
-MCSO received report of
a noise complaint on Green
Acres/Paterson Ferry Rd.,
Irrigon. The caller said his
neighbor was running a saw
and making lots of noise
and wanted the subject to
be asked to be quiet. MCSO
responded.
-MCSO received report of
a white car with a wing on
the back swerving all over
on Hwy. 730, Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity on
Estate Loop, Irrigon.
-MCSO officer on foot
patrol initiated activity at
Bucknum’s in Heppner.
-MCSO received report of
a vehicle parked at Tenth
St./Utah Ave. in Irrigon for
several days. The vehicle
was recovered stolen the
previous day at that location
and the owner was coming
to get it.
-MCSO, Heppner
Ambulance received report
of an 82-year-old male
at Blackhorse Canyon in
Lexington not breathing.
-MCSO received request
for a welfare check on
Black Mountain Lane,
Heppner. The caller said
he was concerned about
one of his employees. The
caller made contact with his
receptionist and determined
they were okay and did not
need assistance.
-MCSO received report
from a woman on Hwy.
730 in Irrigon who said
her 16-year-old daughter
snuck out of the house
with a 19-year-old and she
was concerned because of
the age difference and she
was worried they were in
a relationship. She said she
found out who her daughter
was hanging out with from
other kids.
-MCSO received report
of a male and female
threatening other people at
Green Acres on Paterson
Ferry Rd., Irrigon. The
caller requested contact
regarding harassment.
-MCSO received report
of a motion detector at a
residence on Miller Rd.,
Boardman.
-MCSO received request to
have a subject trespassed
from Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd. in
Irrigon. The subject was
trespassed.
-MCSO received report
from a female at the
Irrigon Post Office who
said a younger looking
female with a stocking cap
in another vehicle took a
picture of her car while her
children were in there and
it didn’t sit well with her.
-MCSO received report
of an alarm at the Irrigon
Learning Center. It was a
false alarm.
-MCSO received report
that a subject involved in
a bank robbery in a light
blue or purple Ford Ranger
with Idaho plates, last seen
in Pendleton, was believed
to have turned on Hwy. 74.
-MCSO received report of
a female driving south on
Main in Heppner with a
suspended license. MCSO
was unable to locate the
subject.
-Irrigon Fire Department
received report of a burn
pile outside on Depot Lane.
The caller said it was dark
and should be put out.
Irrigon Fire Department
responded, but was unable
to locate any ires.
-Heppner Ambulance
received request for lift
assist for an 88-year-old
female who had fallen.
Heppner Ambulance
responded, but the patient
refused transport.
