Lovgren for helping us so
we could travel to Hawaii
and the Coast for vacations,
you were my life savers.
Delmer was so proud of
his family and they really
came through for him at
his time of need. When
Delmer could no longer
travel to Hawaii, they took
turns coming to stay with
him while I (Judy) took
a much needed vacation.
Our grandson Cody came
and stayed with us for 7
weeks this last year to help
me when I could no longer
handle Delmer by myself.
After Cody had to go home
our great grandson Jason
came and helped us for
4 weeks. Thanks Cody
and Jason, we love you.
We were blessed to have
Home Health come and
help after the gransons left.

a place of use change under Permit G-16935. The permit allows the use of 15.34 cfs from wells in Sects.1 and 10, T4N, R25E and
R26E, WM for irrigation and industrial uses in Sects.1, 6, 7, 10, and 12. The applicant proposes additional points of appropriation in
Sects. 2, 12, T4N, R25E, WM and to change the place of use for industrial use to within the service boundary of the Port of Morrow.
The Water Resources Department has concluded that the proposed permit amendment appears to be consistent with the requirements
of ORS 537.211. The last date of newspaper publication is 12/09/2015
