DA’s Report
Morrow County Dis-
trict Attorney Justin Nelson
has released the following
report:
-Lawrence Allen Per-
rin, 39, was convicted of
one count of leeing or at-
tempting to elude a police
officer while in a motor
vehicle, a Class C felony;
the defendant’s driver’s
license was suspended for
90 days and the defendant
sentenced to six months
in jail with credit for time
served, as well as one year
post-prison supervision.
In addition, Perrin was
convicted on two counts
of recklessly endangering
another person, a Class
A misdemeanor. On each
count, the defendant was
sentenced to 180 days jail
time with credit for time
served, to run concurrent
with other counts. Addition-
al counts of reckless driving
and criminal driving were
dismissed. Fines, fees and
assessments totaled $450.
-Jocelyne Vargas, 19,
was convicted of one count
of theft I, a Class C felony,
and was sentenced to 18
months supervised proba-
tion subject to 90 sanction
units with 30 jail units.
Probation conditions in-
clude 80 hours of com-
munity service. Fines, fees
assessments and restitution
totaled $1,980.
-Shawn Herald Put-
nam, 35, was convicted
of one count of interfer-
ence with making a report,
a Class A misdemeanor;
sentence of 180 days jail
time was suspended and
the defendant sentenced to
24 months bench proba-
tion, to include 40 hours of
community service, alcohol
and anger management
evaluations, and no offen-
sive physical contact with
the victim. An additional
count of harassment was
dismissed. Fines, fees and
assessments totaled $1,029.
-Richard Keith Fisler,
35, was convicted of one
count of unauthorized use
of a vehicle, a Class C felo-
ny. The defendant’s driver’s
license was suspended for
one year and the defendant
was sentenced to 18 months
supervised probation. Pro-
bation conditions include
40 hours of community
service and completion of
social reeducation/life skill
training. Fines, fees and
assessments totaled $200.
-Richard Keith Fisler,
35, additionally was con-
victed of one count of fail-
ure to appear I, a Class C
felony, and sentenced to 24
months supervised proba-
tion subject to 120 sanction
units with 60 jail units. Pro-
bation conditions include
80 hours of community
service and completion of
social reeducation/life skill
training. Fines, fees and
assessments totaled $575.

Tillamook Cheese Days feature lasagna
BOARDMAN—The
SAGE Center is hosting
Tillamook Cheese Days
Feb. 26-27, showcasing
Tillamook products made
in Boardman.
Lunch will be served
from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each
day at the SAGE Center,
101 Olson Road in Board-
man. The cost is $5 for
lasagna with Caesar salad,
bread, dessert and a drink.
The cost includes admis-
sion to the SAGE Center.
The Store at SAGE
Center will also have Til-
lamook Squeaky Cheese
Curds available for pur-
chase.
