responded. The female paid
for everything before leav-
ing the store.
October 17: -A female
in Irrigon advised Morrow
County Sheriff’s Ofice that
she was the protected per-
son in a stalking order and
she needed it documented
that her husband was violat-
ing the rules by texting her.
MCSO made contact with
the female.
October 18: -A person
in Boardman advised that
an intoxicated person left
the bar driving toward hood
River; the driver was using
a dead person’s ID. Oregon
State Police and Frontier
Dispatch were advised.
-A female in Ione re-
quested contact from Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Ofice
regarding the trailer she was
living in being broken into.
She advised she did not
own the trailer but was just
living there. She advised
there were pain meds she
knew for sure were taken
but she was unsure if there
was anything else.
-A female in Irrigon
advised her son was kicked
in the head. She advised he
did not need medical at-
tention but they wanted to
press charges.
-MCSO responded to a
report of a missing juvenile
at the OHV Park; juvenile
male had been missing all
day, somewhere between
Bull Prairie and the 350
Rd. The juvenile was lo-
cated and reunited with his
parents.
-A female in Irrigon
reported that her wallet, her
boyfriend’s Social Security
card, their birth certiicates
and her car title were miss-
ing.
October 19: -A person
in Irrigon reported that the
previous night his wife was
awakened by what she be-
lieved to be ive gun shots.
That morning they found
what they believed to be
holes from the gun shots in

Sheriff’s Office that his
pickup was stolen. MCSO
determined the vehicle was
not stolen but was towed as
a hazard.
-A male in Irrigon re-
ported that another male
made a death threat against
him. MCSO responded and
took the incident under in-
vestigation.
-A female in Irrigon
reported a theft from her
trailer.
-A female in Ione re-
ported that her daughter
was assaulted at the powder
puff football game.
-MCSO was advised
that Umatilla PD arrested
Wendy Lynn Long, 45, on
an Irrigon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine on Theft III. Subject
was cited and released to
appear. Long was also ar-
rested on other agency war-
rants.
October 20: -Morrow
County Sheriff’s Ofice was
advised that Jason Michael
Garza, 25, was served an
Irrigon Justice Court war-
rant for Failure to Appear
on Disorderly Conduct.
-A male in Irrigon ad-
vised that someone put a
dog that doesn’t belong to
him in his yard the night
before. It was a small,
brown female, looked like
a crossbreed of some sort,
no collar or tags. MCSO
responded and the dog was
transported to Pet Rescue.
-MCSO received an
anonymous email reporting
that a male subject had pre-
viously abused animals at a
farm in the Heppner area.
-A male in Irrigon re-
ported a pickup tearing up
the turkey shoots. MCSO
responded and arrested
Christopher Lee McCord,
37, for Driving Under the
Influence of Intoxicants,
BAC .19.
-A male in Irrigon re-
ported that a male subject
logged onto his Straight
Talk phone account and
stole his information.
-A person in Boardman
reported a suicidal subject
at the residence, a 46-year-
old male who was intoxi-
cated and took about 10
pills. Subject was currently
in the bedroom crying. No
weapons.
October 21: -A subject
in Irrigon requested contact
from Morrow County Sher-
iff’s Ofice about getting his
property that was stored at
another subject’s shop. The
subject said he wanted to
pick up his property but the
other subject said he was
going to get a court motion
against him.
-A male in Lexington
said a male subject was
threatening via text mes-
sage to shoot him.
-A person from the
Boardman Shell reported
that an individual attempt-
ed to purchase $25 worth
of fuel and then tried to
pay with a fake $50 bill.
Boardman PD and MCSO
responded and Boardman
PD arrested Charles Lee
Wilson for Criminal Pos-
session of Forged Instru-
ment I.
-A female in Heppner
requested a civil standby
so she could remove her
items from her mother’s
port of a theft in Lexington.
-Irrigon fire, Irrigon
ambulance, Boardman ire
and MCSO responded to
report of a mobile home on
ire in Irrigon.
October 22: -A female
in Boardman advised her
roommate kept putting fe-
ces in her mouth while she
was sleeping. She advised
it had been ongoing and
she wanted to speak to an
officer. Morrow County
Sheriff’s Ofice responded
and determined the incident
to be unfounded.
-A subject flagged
down a deputy to report
lots of gravel on the road-
way causing a hazard on
Hwy. 74 just south of Baker
Ln. near Ione. The deputy
responded and checked the
area and was able to advise
ODOT of the location of
the gravel.
-A male reported that a
white Suburban almost ran
him off the road on Hwy.
730, Irrigon. When the call-
er pulled over, a subject got
out and showed him a gun,
saying he was following
him and he was going to “F
him up.” MCSO responded
and was unable to locate a
weapon but arrested Albert
Leroy Hart, 45, on a Parole
and Probation Detention
Warrant.
October 23: -Board-
man PD received report of
a 48-year-old male hit with
high voltage, conscious and
breathing. Boardman ofi-
cer responded and blocked
off traffic for the Board-
man ambulance and the
patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital in
Hermiston.
-A subject in Boardman
reported his car had been
egged the night before.
-A male in Irrigon ad-
vised he had a no trespassing
order on the neighbor lady
and she just went through
his shop. He advised she
kept driving through the
parking lot of his shop.
-MCSO was advised
that Umatilla County Sher-
iff’s Ofice arrested Wallace
Gary Smith, 45, on a Mor-
row County Circuit Court
warrant for Failure to Ap-
pear and Attempt to Elude,
as well as a warrant for
Criminal Mischief II and a
bench warrant for probation
violation.
-MCSO was advised
that Samuel Aguilar, 22,
was lodged at Umatilla
County jail for Driving
While Suspended – Misde-
meanor.
-A male from Ione ad-
vised that he was receiving
harassing phone calls; they
called 11 times after 11
p.m. the other night. The
subjects were advising him
he needed to return the
phone he was talking on or
they would call the police.
He advised of the number
the calls were coming from.
-A female in Heppner
reported to MCSO that she
arrived home and her front
door was open and her back
door was unlocked and all
the cabinets were open.
MCSO responded and took
a report.
-A male in Irrigon ad-
vised that someone had
stolen his phone within the
last hour and he wanted to
report it missing. MCSO
responded but the male did
not answer the door.
