Bid. $2,000.00 -NINE Sheriff’s Report September 7 (cont.): -A man in Irrigon reported that he had all his air tools stolen out of his garage. -MCSO received re- port of a Toyota mini truck unloading a side-by-side; it appears they planned to take the side-by-side out into the ield. MCSO made contact with three male subjects and issued a verbal warning for unlawful use of an ATV on roadway and advised them not to drive in the turkey shoot. -A driver in the Board- man area reported that it looked like a bullet just struck his windshield. The caller was still driving and requested to meet with a deputy in Boardman. -A male in Irrigon had called several times to try to get permission to burn in Irrigon at his residence. He was advised by dis- patch that Irrigon has not lifted its district burn ban. He got very upset on the phone and said he would ile complaints against the ire department to the State Fire Marshal. The subject was given the number for the State Fire Marshal. -MCSO received report of a black cow dying behind a residence in Irrigon. -A male in Boardman reported that his yellow, ’67 Ford pickup was stolen sometime in the previous two days. He advised he had no idea who took it. -The park ranger at Threemile Campground, Boardman advised MCSO that there was a red Ford Explorer at the irst camp and he had given them until tomorrow to leave. The caller gave dispatch a plate number that did not return to a Ford Explorer. The ranger asked to have the camper checked and the vehicle looked at. -MCSO received report of a motor vehicle accident on Tower Road, Boardman. A vehicle rolled; unknown injuries. MCSO arrested Yanike Binene, 25, on PC charges of DUII, Reckless Endangering (x2), Resist- ing Arrest, and Driving While Suspended – Misde- meanor. -A caller at the Morrow County OHV Park reported a male with a hooded sweat- shirt being sick in the bath- room. The caller requested a Morrow County Sheriff’s Deputy come and make him leave. September 11: -A caller in Heppner advised Morrow County Sheriff’s Ofice that there were peo- ple riding four-wheelers down Main Street. MCSO responded and was unable to locate anyone on four- wheelers. -MCSO received a re- port of a suspicious ve- hicle at Threemile Canyon Farms, Boardman. The caller stated the vehicle had the muffler off, sounded like a large Chevy, with very bright lights; it went around the shop and out on the circle roads and was running around the pea ield and should not be there. MCSO responded and made contact with two individuals who had per- mission to be there. -MCSO was advised that a couple was fight- ing in Irrigon and that the children were outside yell- ing at their parents to quit ighting. MCSO responded and made contact with the individuals, and determined it was verbal only. September 12: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Ofice was advised of a car going eastbound in the westbound lane on I-84 near Board- man. MCSO, Oregon State Police and Umatilla County Sheriff’s Ofice responded and stopped the vehicle. -A male in Irrigon ad- vised MCSO that he was being threatened by a fe- male. She was saying she was going to kick all of their stuff out of the house. The caller had been stay- ing at the house for four days. The male advised he was calling for information only; he did not need con- tact and would call back if the female showed up. -MCSO was advised that Umatilla County Sher- iff’s Office arrested Jose Luis Arevalo, 53, on an Ir- rigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear on Driving While Suspended. -MCSO was advised of a theft at the Willow Creek gravel pit. A male advised his vehicle was broken into. A pair of binoculars, tools, some archery equipment, and the license and regis- tration to the vehicle were missing. The caller advised he did not know who did it; he thought someone saw it at the side of the road and took advantage of the situ- ation. -An MCSO deputy re- ported there was a drunk driver who was refused alcohol at the Boardman Sinclair and was leaving the gas station. The deputy advised he would be keep- ing him in his sight and radioing Boardman PD units. Boardman PD re- sponded and arrested Jose Vielmas Carvajal, 55, on Driving Under the Influ- ence of Intoxicants (DUII). The subject was cited and released to appear at Irrigon Justice Court. -A person in Heppner reported that there were two kids on top of the roof of the old bowling alley and apart- ments. MCSO responded and was unable to locate the subjects. September 13: -MCSO was advised of a drive-off at the Heppner Shell. -A female in Irrigon advised MCSO that a male subject had taken her ve- hicle, possibly also two other male subjects were involved. MCSO responded and determined it to be a civil problem. -An MCSO deputy lo- cated a subject on FS Roads 21/28 about ive miles from the park, carrying opal ore out of the Opal Butte prop- erty. MCSO arrested Devin Gilbert Hinds, 30, for Theft I and Criminal Trespass II. -A male in Heppner advised MCSO that his had suspicious voicemails on his message machine threatening his wife and family. He advised he didn’t know who was leaving the messages but it was hap- pening every other week and he wanted to speak to a deputy about it. MCSO took it under investigation. -A person at the area of Sand Hollow and Black- horse Canyon, Heppner, advised he found a young beagle with a collar but no tags.
