CARD OF THANKS
GSMC, Regency, Sun
Terrace and Doctor Joe
Gifford for the excellent
care Bob received. Thank
you to Ralph Cairns and
Marty Campbell for the
words of remembrance,
love, and portrait of
Grandpa Bob. Thank you
to Ken Burns (Grandma's
personal chauffeur) and Pat
Sweeney (for suggesting
and obtaining the beautiful
pine casket) both for all
your support and guidance.
Thank you to the Marine
Corps Honor Guard for the
tribute, which will long be
remembered. Most of all
thank you to everyone for
being there for us, as we
said goodbye to Grandpa
Bob. Like the words of
his song, we imagine he is
walking the streets of gold,
giving candy to the kids and
showing off his spanking
new wings and his barbed
wire halo.
We acknowledge with deep
appreciation your kind
expression of sympathy.
