Grieb at the Morrow County Courthouse on Dec. 24 from
10 a.m. to noon following his final county court meeting.
Grieb served two terms on the Morrow County Court.

Next chamber lunch

will be annual meeting
The next lunch meeting of the Heppner Chamber of
Commerce will be the chamber’s annual luncheon on
Thursday, Jan. 8, from noon to 1 p.m.
The annual meeting will be held in the St. Patrick’s
Senior Center dining room.
Cost of lunch is $10; Pudding on the Ritz will cater.
Chamber lunch attendees are asked to RS VP at 541 -676-
5536 no later than Monday, Dec. 29, to guarantee a lunch.

In the spirit of the season. Bank of Eastern Oregon employees
volunteered to bring joy to three families for Christmas. Em­
ployees drew a mitten tagged with gender, age and size from a

Community lunch
menu
The community senior meal site will be back at its
regularly-schedule day and time on Wednesday, Dec. 31,
at St. Patrick’s Senior Center.
Hope and Valby Lutheran and All Saints Episcopal
church members will serve a meal that includes sausage,
ham or bacon; scrambled eggs; potatoes O ’Brien; sliced
tomatoes; citrus salad; biscuits and gravy; and streusel
coffee cake.
Milk, tea and coffee are served at each meal. Sug­
gested donation is $3.50 per meal.
Menu is subject to change.
