The Class o f 1964 would
like to thank Heppner High
School for allowing us to
participate in their home
coming activities last week
end. We all had a great
time. Even after 50 years,
it seemed like going back
in time. Some classmates
had not been back since
graduating and noticed a
huge change in the town
and were very impressed
with all o f the updates. We
attended the tailgate dinner,
homecoming game and also
the Booster Club Auction
and Dinner. It was good to
see people whom some had
not seen for many years. A
special thank you to Petra
Payne and her helpers for
organizing, signs and spe
cial seating. Some o f us
got to go to the high school
and look at decorations in
the hallways done by each
o f the classes. They were
awesome! We were even
able to come up with some
lettermen’s sweaters. Imag
ine, 50 years old! Kids, you
have no idea how much fun
“old” people can have. See
you in another 50.

w o u ld like to thank all
their many volunteers and
friends for their help these
last 6 months.
Because o f your faithful
contributions the residents
have been able to have
several field trips, there
w ere several outings for
M u sic in the P ark, Dr.
Berretta's retirement party,
a play and fair and rodeo.
Several residents like to
attend the Wednesday lunch
at the Senior Center where
they are able to do some
extra socializing.
During the Easter season
some young friends showed
up at the Terrace to color
eggs.
S om e new a c tiv itie s

called Brain G am es and
two volunteers have been

We are fortunate to have
the Mustang Mop Up, which
consisted o f 12 students and
2 teachers. They were able
to accomplish a remarkable
am ount o f work in a 1/2
day.
We are thankful for all
the people, including the
lone Ag class who shared
plantings and the abundance
o f their garden with us. The
deer literally took over ours
and left us with little to
nothing!
During nurse week the
