Notes from the fair board
Please remember the Pavilion and Annex will not be open to the public on Tuesday of Fair
week. The Pavilion and Annex is closed all day, unless 4-H members are speaking with judges.
We will still take flowers, fruits & vegetables from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. outside. We ask that ALL
visitors to the fairgrounds on Tuesday respect the privacy needed by the judges to review exhibits
without interruption.
All exhibits will be ready for release on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Although the
fair board does realize this release time is inconvenient for some, we want ALL visitors to the
fair to walk through and enjoy the exhibits through Saturday night. One exception to the release
time would be the resale livestock. This livestock will be able to be loaded and removed after
the sale on Saturday. We ask that all exhibits, livestock (including small animals), supplies, and
decorations remain until Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
Please be aware that the Morrow County fair is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken
items. We do strive to maintain clean, safe, secure facilities and greatly appreciate the participants
and attendees support in that effort.
