4-H ambassadors help fair-
goers rest easy

in Heppner donated all of the lumber for this project. Morrow County 4-H Ambassadors
promote the 4-H program year-round and serve as the main youth leadership team for the

deputy arrested Anthony
Ryan Vice, 31, on a Umatilla
County warrant for Failure
to Appear.
-MCSO cited Bridgette

22, for Violating the Speed

to parking and crossing
the yellow line to do that.
Caller advised she was told
it was illegal and she wants
to confirm so she doesn’t
get a ticket. A deputy made
contact.
-A woman in Irrigon
called MCSO and reported
that her son was assaulted
by three males who bashed
hi head into the concrete.
A 16-year-old male was
arrested for C arrying a
C o n cealed W eapon. A
1 5 -y ear-o ld m ale was
arrested for Assault IV. Both
subjects were transported to
NORCOR for lodging.

Ann Kidwell, 36, for Failure
to Stop for a School Bus.
-A caller from Irrigon
reported to MCSO that
they found a baby kitten in
the middle of the road and
would like a deputy to pick
it up. MCSO responded and
transported the kitten to Pet
Rescue.

38, was arrested on an

April 17: -M orrow
County S heriff's Office
received report from a
school p rincipal that a
female juvenile reported
hearing a gunshot on her
way to school and saw a
man with a gun. He said
she reported that the man
did not point the gun at her,
but she was scared.
-MCSO received report
of a dead rabbit or cat in
front o f the M ethodist
Church in Heppner.

rep o rted attem p tin g to
locate a subject in Hardman
who failed to register as a
sex offender. He was unable
to locate the subject.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman that
a female had been sending
her unwanted text messages
and she wanted them to
stop. MCSO advised her of
her options.
-MCSO received report

Sheriff's Office arrested
Tasha Leann Bales, 22, on a
Morrow County warrant for
Failure to Appear/Contempt
o f Court. She was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$983 bail in full.

request for a citizen assist
from an Irrigon woman who
wanted a deputy with her
when she entered her rental.
She said her renters were
evicted and given notice.
April 18: -M orrow
County S heriff’s Office
received report from a
subject at a care facility
in Boardman that a male
at the facility said that his
roommate stole money from
him and his reaction was
escalating badly. A deputy
responded and met with
Com m unity C ounseling
Solutions and the client. He
determined that no crime
was committed.
-MCSO reported that
Francisco Javier Cruz-
Camarillo, 27, was arrested
on a warrant for Failure to
Appear/Failure to carry and
Present a License. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $3,000 bail.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon man that he
heard someone pounding
on his door, but he didn't
answer. He said he then
heard a w indow break
which was his car window
and when he went around to
the living room, he saw that
the inside of his car was on
fire. He put the fire out with
an extinguisher. A deputy
responded.
-MCSO received report
o f a brown horse out on
Montana Lane in Irrigon
w andering through the
yards.
-MCSO cited Berenice
C o ria C o ria . 22, for
Violation of the Basic Rule,
79 mph in a 55 mph zone.
-MCSO received report
of a male subject standing
in a field in Irrigon. It was
determined that the subject
was going to work out there
and would be walking the
fields for a few months.
-MCSO Deputy
advised he was out with
a group o f juveniles in
Heppner at 10 p.m. They
were all under 16 and were
advised of the city curfew.
-MCSO received report
of a male in a black hoodie
walking around on property
where the caller was house
sitting. MCSO and OSP
responded, but were unable
to locate anyone on the
property.
April 19: -M orrow
County S heriff’s Office

lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with $500 bail.
-MCSO received report
of a Palomino colt running
at large in Lexington. The
horse was located.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman
that he mother, uncle and
“some guy” have been on
her property and she did not
want them there.
-MCSO received report
of a girl’s purple and pink
Barbie bicycle w ith training
wheels stolen from and
Irrigon residence.
-MCSO received report
of a motor vehicle accident
at Frontage Lane/Pole Line
Road, B oardm an. The
caller said he was driving a
semi-truck and pulling two
trailers and the rear trailer
tipped over and was on its
side, partially blocking the
road. MCSO and Boardman
Fire Department responded.
Oregon Emergency
R esponse S ystem and
Oregon State Police were
also notified. MCSO cited
Timothy Patrick Curtis, Jr.,
33, was cited for Failure to
Maintain Lane.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman that
all the tires on her father’s
vehicle were slashed and
her son’s bicycle was stolen
from the rear of the vehicle.
MCSO responded and took
a report.

Ambulance received report
of a male subject who had
passed out on Willow Street
going up to the hospital. The
caller said he was partially
in the road, looked younger
and had been walking up
the hill earlier. Heppner
Ambulance, MCSO and
Heppner Fire Department
responded. It was reported
that he appeared to be under
the influence of some sort of
narcotics. His parents came
and picked him up.
-Heppner Ambulance
received request for an
ambulance for an 84-year-
old female with abdominal
and groin pain. Heppner
Ambulance responded and
transported the patient to
Pioneer Memorial Hospital.
-PMH requested an
ambulance crew to respond
to the hospital for transport
to the helipad and Heppner
Fire to secure the landing
zone.
-MCSO received report
from a woman that she had
gone to see her mother in
Irrigon and her brother and
sister-in-law were also there
and attacked her. She said
that the female bit her arm
and it was bleeding. She
said she was en route to he
home in Umatilla and asked
to have deputy contact.
-MCSO received report
of pit bulls running in an
Irrigon neighborhood.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Wilson
Rd. in Boardman who said
she almost hit a cow when
she went onto Laurel Rd.
-MCSO deputy
advised he was out with a
vehicle facing the wrong
direction and a semi on 1-84
Boardman. The semi had a
flat tire and the other vehicle
was shining its lights so
the semi driver could see.
MCSO warned the other
driver for auxiliary lighting.
