corporation, as beneficiary,
dated February 10, 2012,
reco rd ed on M arch 7,
2012, in the M icrofilm
Records of Morrow County,
Oregon as Microfilm No.
M-2012-29699, covering
the following described
real property situated in the
above-mentioned county
and state, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 2, WAGON
WHEEL ADDITION, in
the County of Morrow and
State of Oregon.
Both the beneficiary
and the trustee have elected
to sell the real property
to satisfy the obligations
secured by the trust deed
and a notice of default has
been recorded pursuant to
Oregon Revised Statutes
86.752(3); the default for
which the foreclosure is
made in grantor’s failure to
pay when due the following
sum s: F ailure to make
monthly payments in the
amount of $450.00 due on
May 1,2013; June 1,2013;
July 1, 2013; August 1,
2013; September 1, 2013;
October 1,2013; November
1,2013; December 1,2013;
January 1, 2014; February
1,2014; March 1,2014; and
April 1,2014.
By reason o f the
default just described, the
beneficiary has declared
all sum s ow ing on the
obligation secured by the
trust deed immediately due
and payable, those sums
being the following, to-wit;
Principal and interest in the
amount of $22,296.36; plus
interest on the principal
balance at a per diem of
$1.22 from May 1, 2013,
until paid; together with
all attorney fees, costs late
charges and trustee’s fees
and expenses incurred in
this foreclosure.
W HEREFORE,
notice is hereby given that
the undersigned trustee will
on August 29, 2014, at the
hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M.,
in accord with the standard
o f tim e estab lish ed by
ORS 187.110, at the Front
entrance o f the Morrow
County Courthouse, 100
Court Street, in the City
o f H eppner, C ounty o f
Morrow, State of Oregon,
sell at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash the
interest in the real property
described above which the
grantor had or had power
to convey at the time of the
execution by grantor of the
trust deed, together with any
interest which the grantor
or grantor’s successors in
interest acquired after the
execution of the trust deed,
to satisfy the foregoing
obligations thereby secured
and the costs and expenses
o f the sale, including a
reasonable charge by the
trustee. Notice is further
given that any person
named in ORS 86.778 has
the right, at any time prior
to five days before the date
last set for the sale, to have
this foreclosure proceeding
dism issed and the trust
deed reinstated by payment
to the beneficiary o f the
entire am ount then due
(other than such portion of
the principal as would not
then be due had no default
occurred) and by curing any
other default complained
of herein that is capable of
being cured by tendering
the performance required
under the obligation or
trust deed, and in addition
to paying those sums or
tendering the performance
n e c e ssa ry to cure the
default, by paying all costs
and ex p en ses actu ally
incurred in enforcing the
obligation and trust deed,
together with trustee's and
attorney fees not exceeding
the amounts provided by
ORS 86.778.
In c o n s t r u i n g
this notice, the singular
includes the plural, the
word “grantor” includes
any successor in interest
to the grantor as well as
any other person owing an
obligation, the performance
of which is secured by the
trust deed, and the words
“trustee” and “beneficiary ”
include their respective
successors in interest, if
any.

M arch 18: Morrow
County S heriff’s Office
received report from an
Irrigon boy that his mom
and her boyfriend were
having a dispute and he
was pushing her around. He
said there were no weapons
involved. MCSO responded
and the parties separated.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman
on Third St. that someone
broke into her vehicle the
previous night and left the
glove box open, the ash
tray dumped out. and $50
m issing and work keys
missing. MCSO responded
to her work and took a
report.
-M C S O r e c e iv e d
another report o f a car
broken into the previous
night, this time on Fifth St.
in Irrigon with everything
from the glove box and
console on the floor. The
caller said she had not
touched anything in the
vehicle. A deputy responded
and took a report.
-MCSO received report
of another break in on Third
St. in Irrigon. A deputy
responded and took a report.

report of a chocolate Lab,
a black Lab and a yellow
Lab running around the
neighborhood in Heppner
and causing havoc. The
c a lle r said they w ere
running wild and tried to
attack her dog. A deputy
responded and the dogs
were put back in their yard.
A card was left for the
owners of the dogs to call
in. They were warned that
the next time they would
be cited.
-MCSO received report
of a stray pit bull attacking
his dog in Irrigon. The
ow ner was located and
warned.

was lodged at Walla Walla
County Jail.

report of a tan pit bull in
the caller’s yard in Irrigon
with blood on its face and
white markings on its chest.
A deputy responded, picked
up the dog, located the
owner and warned him for
letting the dog get out.
-MCSO received report
of a suspicious subject in a
blue car on the side of the
Road on Gun Club Lane
actin g inappropriately.
Deputies responded.
-MCSO received report
of keys found at the skate
park in Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman
that her neighbors went
into her house without her
permission and yelled at
her daughter. She said she
would like to speak to a
deputy about her options.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon man that he
was going to shoot his gun,
he was not in the city limits,
but wanted to let them know
just in case MCSO received
reports of shots fired.
-MCSO
served
a restraining order at a
Boardman location.

reports of issues with fuel
pumps. MC Public Works
was advised, but they were
already aware.
M arch 19: Morrow
County S heriff's Office
received report from an
Irrigon woman that her
computer was hacked and
the video stays on with
th e m e ssag e th a t she
needed to pay Homeland*
Security money or she^
would be put in prison. Sh©
requested a deputy to look
at the computer. A deputy
responded and advised her
to have her computer fixed
due to a computer virus.
-MCSO received report
of a person camping in the
Turkey Shoots in Irrigon.
A deputy contacted the
subject and he said he
would be locating to a better
camping spot.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon woman
that her friend was locked
in a bedroom because her
ex-boyfriend was breaking
in. She said that another
female asked him to leave,
but he wouldn't. The caller
said she was en route.
MCSO arrested Mark Alan
Nelson, 34, was arrested
for Probation Violation on a
Clackamas County charge.
He was cited and released
to appear at Clackamas
County Circuit Court.
-MCSO received report
from a Heppner man that
his neighbor’s dogs show
up on his property, go after
his chickens and bark. A
deputy left a card for the
dog owners.

needed to check a propane

property.
-MCSO received report
of a elk head dumped on the
property at the Patterson
Ferry, Boardman, shop.
-MCSO received report
of a young female child at
the window of a van, not in
a seat or restrained and a
small child on the lap of an
adult in the front passenger
seat on 1-84 Boardman. No
one was in position, but
OSP was advised.
