Sheriff's Report
March 15 (cunt.):
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Department received report
from a woman in Irrigon that
another woman threatened
to kill her and had a knife.
MCSO responded.
-MCSO received report
from a Heppner man that
an intoxicated female got
into an altercation with his
son. He reported that his
son was driving a vehicle
to Heppner and crossing
the cattle guard below his
residence. He said that she
came out almost into the
road and started yelling and
cussing at the boys. He said
that he tried to talk with her,
but she was intoxicated and
he was worried about more
issues. MCSO responded.
-M CSO , Boardman
Police Department received
report from an Irrigon man
that a male subject came
across to his residence
screaming and yelling about
him driving too fast. He
requested deputy contact
and MCSO responded. Both
were advised to stay on their
property. Boardman Police
Department responded to
assist.
-MCSO received report
o f a white male wearing
a beanie breaking into
veh icles on Hwy. 730,
Irrigon. He reported that
the subject was inside a
vehicle, but d id n ’t take
anything. He was last seen
west-bound on Hwy. 730.
-MCSO deputy made
contact with three juveniles
in Heppner and advised
them what time they were
supposed to be home. They
said they were on their way
home.
-MCSO reported giving
a ride home to a female who
could hardly stand up in
Heppner.
- B o a r d m a n Pol i ce
Department received
report of subjects drinking
and intoxicated. A BPD
Sergeant made contact with
the subjects who at the
time were not causing any
problem s, ju st standing
outside having a beer. The
sergeant advised he would
check again later that night.
-BPD received report
of a drive-off with a subject
buying diesel who said he
was going across the street.
An officer made contact
with the subject who then
paid for the fuel.
March 16: Morrow
County S heriff’s Office

B o h n s t e n g e l , 22, for
Driving While Suspended-
violation and Failure to
Carry Proof of Insurance.
-MCSO Deputy
reported that a vehicle
parked behind city hall in
Heppner had run over a
cone and might have hit
something else. No one was
around the vehicle.
-MCSO receive report
of a drunk guy and a female
yelling in Irrigon. A deputy
responded and checked
around the area and houses,
but was unable to locate
anyone.
-MCSO received report
of an open door at Cleaver
Farms in Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
of vehicles broken into in
Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
that a box had blown out of
a trailer in Boardman. The
subject was notified and
returned to pickup the box.
-MCSO received report
from a Heppner man that he
believed someone opened
his gate and let his dog out.
He said he had a six-foot
fence and the dog, a boxer/
Aussie mix, could not get
out any other way.
-MCSO received report
from a Heppner man that
they had noticed some
jewelry missing. He said
they had the jewelry stored
in a jewelry box and he was
going to inventory it when
he saw that the jew elry
inside the box was missing.
MCSO responded, but
when the deputy arrived,
subjects on the scene said
that the jewelry had been
located.
-MCSO sergeant
advised he assisted in
getting gas for a vehicle
that had run out on Hwy.
730, Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
of a small truck speeding
and swerving all over the
road on 1-84 Boardman.
The call was transferred
to OSP as there were not
MCSO units in position.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon
woman that her daughter
had received a snap chat
photo from a 13-year-old
female who appeared to
be cutting her arm and
had reported to have been
threatening suicide. MCSO
responded and Community
Counseling Solutions was
also contacted.
-MCSO received report
from a Boardman man that
a male had come to his
residence banging on his
daughter’s window. The
caller was trying to jump
the vehicle for the subject.
MCSO made contact with
the subject.
-MCSO received report
from subjects who were
staying at a hotel in Irrigon
and advised that in the next
room a male and female
were smoking marijuana
and they could smell it. A
deputy responded, but no
one would answer the door
and he could not smell an
odor of marijuana.
-MCSO received report
from Irrigon residents that
their neighbor’s vehicle
and another n eig h b o r’s
house was broken into
the previous night. They
advised that their car alarm
just started going off. They
requested deputy contact
and possible extra patrol
that night.
-MCSO received a 911
pocket dial. On call back,
the male advised that there
were no problems.
-MCSO cited Simon
Aispuro, 21, for Violation
of the Speed Limit, 96 mph
in a 65 mph zone.
- B o a r d m a n Pol i c e
Department officer reported
hearing dogs barking in the
Willow Fork Drive area and
noticed new graffiti on a
mail box.
March 17: Morrow
County S heriff’s Office
received request for contact
from a crisis worker.
-MCSO received
request for extra patrol for
county road construction on
Bombing Range Rd.
-MCSO received report
of a big gray dog lying in
the middle o f the highway.
The caller says she thinks
the dog may have been
hit. OSP was advised and
MCSO checked the area,
but was unable to locate
the dog.
-MCSO cited Norma
Angelica Acosta Chavez,
26, for No O p e ra to r’s
license.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon man that
there was someone on his
property that he didn’t want
there. The caller asked for
a phone call first and then
wanted to meet a deputy
at a different location.
A deputy contacted the
caller and advised him he
would have to go through
an eviction process if the
female subject did not want
to leave on her own.
-MCSO received report
of a white tanker truck w ith
no markings on it that was
leaking some sort of liquid
out of one comer on 1-84,
Boardman. The caller was
transferred to OSP.
-MCSO received report
of a residential burglar alarm
at an Irrigon residence. A
home security company
advised there was someone
at the residence who could
not supply the password.
M CSO r es ponded and
determined it was a false
alarm.
-MCSO received report
of wire taken from stands
in farm circles in Irrigon
over the past couple weeks.
A deputy responded and a
report was taken.
-MCSO received report
of a bunch of metal plates or
some sort of objects in the
right lane and on the right
should of 1-84 Boardman.
A deputy responded and
debris was removed from
the roadway.
-MCSO assisted with
graffiti removal throughout
the city of Boardman.
-MCSO received report
that the couple’s horses
in Heppner got out and
ran into another pasture.
One of the owners of the
property said it was okay,
but the male half came out
of the house and threatened
to shoot the couple with
a shotgun if they did not
get off the property. They
said they didn’t see any
weapons.
-MCSO received report
of two BB gun holes in her
bedroom window in Irrigon
and her side fence was
graffitied.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon gas station
of people in a green Ford
Excursion refusing to pay
for fuel.
-MCSO received report
from OSP of a driver driving
erratically, slamming on
brakes, refusing to let
vehicles pass and flipping
people off on 1-84 Echo.
OSP cal l ed back and
advised the vehicle took
an exit.
-MCSO received report
of a vehicle losing boxes
o f blue bailing twine on
1-84 Boardm an. MCSO
responded and checked
the area, but was unable to
locate anything.
-MCSO received report
of two Labradors missing in
Heppner. The subject called
back to advise that the dogs
had been located.
-MCSO received report
from an Irrigon man that
his ex-girlfriend had been
going to his residence and
harassing. He said she may
have slipped him some
meth that day. MCSO
responded and the female
was trespassed from a space
at the mobile home park.
-MCSO received report
of a two-year-old black lab
missing in Irrigon.
