wonderful 85th birthday
celebration at one of my
grandson's, Aaron & Mary
Jane Heideman's family
home at Hat Rock. The
biggest surprise was the
wonderful group of people

Some were from the Battle
Ground WA area, some
from my former home of
Connell WA, many friends
from lone & Hermiston &
my Grandson Karl from
El Paso, TX. Some of the
relatives 1 had not seen for
10 years or more. What a
great day it was. My 100
year old Aunt Margaret was
there, and she is a walking
encyclopedia o f family
history, she never forgets
anything.
I especially want to thank
my immediate family for
this wonderful occasion.
They worked very hard and
kept the surprise extremely
well
